does anybody, or has anybody ever tried different methods/supplements for appetite stimulant... (for those who are "hardgainers")...
hitting the gym is easy, but the constant stuffing myself is difficult. At times i find it hard to eat 4 good meals a day... i notice on gym days i can eat more (obvious) but on my off days is where i struggle after 2 meals... I consider myself to have a fast metabolism but i just feel full all the time...
some things I've read into supplement wise are... black hole by controlled labs... ive also read that b12 its actually an energy/metabolism stim... any input guys? (besides...stop being a pusy and EAT MORE)
Im sitting at 169/171 post morning pee/poop... 15%BF or less

weed? i'm the same way though. being an ecto, i find it hard to gain weight/eat a lot. instead of 4 meals, have you tried spreading it out to 5-6 smaller meals? or you could try fitting everything in to 1-2 big meals. it doesn't matter how you do it as long as you get it in i think lol. also, drinking your calories may help with that. i used to do it all the time. like blending your food (banana, milk, whey, oats, peanut butter, other fruits) that's easy 1000 cals right there.

yea i used to blend and id just feel bloated but i may go back to that, (broke my blender and am being cheap)... the best way would be smaller meals more often as opposed to 2 large meals... your body can only retain soo much. but yes being an ecto sucks.. cant smoke either. need to be able to pass drug tests for work

That's the, "yeah, I'm taking a gay selfie, but I'm not doing it seriously" face. I have friends on IG that post 3-4 selfies a day of just them flexing. If I put that shit on Facebook/IG, I'd get so much shit (not that I'd want to, anyway)

Fellow ecto, as well. I eat 6 meals a day. Like you, I can't eat a lot at once, so I break my meals down into smaller ones. It's a hassle taking food everywhere I go, but it's the only option you have if you don't want to sit and eat 2-3 large meals. I'd say most people fail at dieting because they don't have good food around them and have to resort to junk. Just keep your food with you at all times and eat it when you're hungry. At the peak of my bulk this year, I was eating almost 4000 calories and it was a pain in the ass and I literally had to choke down chicken by chugging water with it, but it was worth it b/c I put on size. Like @tacopaulo said, try drinking some of your calories. You can get a tub of Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass and 1 serving is 1250 calories. I used to do 2 servings of that per day.

If you wanna be big, you gotta eat. I don't buy into all the supplements and all that crap. Just eat and lift.

I dunno about the validity of it though, because it's easy to hop from one to the other. I started out looking like and ecto, but now I look like a meso. I think it's just all about how much you eat

Man, in college, I probably watched this video 1000 times. I loved it lol!

My max is 290 and I can't get 225 that many times. You might be over 300:bananadance:

According to a 1RM calculator, it says 315.

I'm not really sure how many times I could do 225. Never tried for more than 10
