    I'd say around 315. I never go for 315 until I get 225 12-13 times first. If I can't get the 225, I know I won't be able to get the 315. Last max was 330. Going in for upper body today, so I'll rep out 225, but I don't think I'll get over 11-12 this morning. We'll see. I skipped the gym after work yesterday :anonymous:

    I'm not a big fan of tats, but that's badass.

    I never thought I'd get one. Then I saw something like mine and was like man, that's kinda cool...I could live with that. I really like it. Now I want another one. Just don't know what I want to get. I put that pic on FB (it's from when I first got it) and some people thought I really had a hook in my arm, and some people thought it was fake because they didn't think I'd ever get a tat :laugh:

    Fresh tats look fake. I always wanted 1 and then got it when I turned 18. Everyone said they were "addicting" which I now can confirm since I have 3 and have another one on my mind after I have kids.

    No way I can get 315. Next time I max out I'll see how 290 feels and go up from there.

    Edit: If I do bench 315 that would mean I could bench more than I can squat. :anonymous:

    I was inching toward that myself. Then I started hitting legs 3 days a week and that has helped. My bench is still moving faster than my squat, but I haven't surpassed my squat yet. 335 squat, 315 bench, but I've hit 305 for 2 on bench, so I'd say I'm closer to 320-325 now

    315 was a mental thing for me. 3 plates...that fucked me up. Took me forever to hit it

    It took me forever to get to 225 too... Legs 3x a week sounds terrible. That would mean I can only do arms 3x a week instead of 6x a week.

    Only 2 full leg days. Mondays usually consist of heavy squats, leg press, lunges, calves.

    Wednesday I'll deadlift or do some front squats. Anytbing that hits the legs.

    Friday I'll do volume squats, leg extensions, leg curls, calves, zercher squats or front squats, or good mornings

    I was doing legs/squats/deads 3 days a week on that 5x5 program. Now I do it 2-3 times a week but only 1 "leg day". Monday's I'll usually do 6-8 sets of squats before I get into my chest day and then do something similar another day (but maybe front squats instead) and still have 1 day just for legs (squats, lunges, deads, ect)

    Something like

    Monday - chest (squat warm ups 5x5 85%max)
    Tuesday - arms
    Wednesday - legs
    Thursday - shoulders
    Friday - back (front squats warm ups 5x5 135)...I can't front squat for :crapstorm:

    Yeah sometimes...last week I actually did shoulders/tris on Thursday and back/bi on Friday instead of an "arm" day. I do close grip sometimes for tris so if that's the case I'll move it instead of backing it up to chest
