I use mixed grip on all my deadlifts. I try not to use straps anymore. I do, however, use a belt on anything over 225.

I maxed last week at 500 on deadlift. First try didn't even move it, second try I fucking smoked it. Tried 520 and couldn't get it. Deadlift is one of those lifts for me that is more mental than anything.

Did arms, abs, and walked on a incline today for about 20 minutes since I skipped them Friday. Felt good having the gym nearly all to myself

It's 40 lbs. I get it from my buddy that works at one of the chicken plants around here. 40 lbs of boneless, skinless breasts.

You're supposed to. When cooked, it loses almost half its weight due to water evaporating. I did a test a while back: Frozen, 2 Tyson tenders weighed like 5.6 oz, thawed they were like 5.4 oz and then cooked they were like 3 oz. The only think we got as a wedding gift that I actually use was a food scale. I love it.

I used to weigh my chicken raw but it's easier to cook them in bulk then weighing them after. As long as you stay consistent it will be OK.
