    My wife was telling me this weekend that Kanye West (degenerate rapper and all-around douche bag) got into a Twitter war with an ex g/f and she said something to the effect of "you just mad b/c I ain't there to stick my finger up your butt" or something :rofl:

    Just did legs. Did some trap bar deadlifts to change it up a bit. Got dem quads burning!

    Same. My wife watches it when I'm not around because that is the only show I absolutely refuse to watch that she likes. We watch most shows together, but The Kartrashians is just too far over the line.

    I spent like 2 hrs on this website yesterday called nattyornot.com. Basically, you can type in anyone in the fitness industry's name and it'll tell you whether they think they're natty or not, based on comparisons of old school admitted steroid users and a few other factors. Literally, every person I searched came back as most likely not natty (Steve Cook, Mike O'Hearn, Kali Muscle, CT Fletcher, the Hodge twins, etc.). The guy who writes the articles is pretty smart and he has a lot of good articles on there covering various topics. His basic concepts are that you'll never look like folks in magazines without juice and all supplements are stupid. Pretty entertaining.

    That's another thing about the Hodge Twins that started bothering me. They went from being pretty in shape, and relatively jacked, to DAMN - over night it seemed like.

    probably not Also, apparently he's into the Gay4Pay stuff, as well. I also read on there that Kali Muscle was, too...and we all know about Kai Greene's weird ass lol.

    What's your bench? We're tied in squat and you've got me on dl. Make me feel better lol. At 19, I weighed about 140 lbs and couldn't bench 100 lbs probably. Good for you. Wish I woulda started earlier (I started at 20 and am 27 now).
