    Right there with you. Since I started focusing of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu pretty heavily my lifts havent really increased at all honestly theyve stayed pretty flat. It's just to much for me to try and lift heavy after doing the 3 x 2.5-4 hour workouts a week. So I have just been focusing on maintaining the strength levels and being the strong little guy.
