    Gonna hit some chest today. Playing the Eric Thomas station on Pandora. So good. I have to thumbs down some of the religious stuff but otherwise its on point.

    I have been lowering weight and pushing higher reps on chest. Feels way better than a set of 3-5 at heavy weight. I can actually feel it in my chest this way.

    Did that yesterday - did supersets of flat bench with DB flys. I did 10 sets of 10 of each at only 135 for bench and using 40s for flys. It got tougher as I went but I never missed a rep. Went to the gym this morning and stretched before I did back/bi day and the sides of my pecs were a little sore but now I can really feel it in my whole chest. I like to change it up every once in a while and go for quantity

    Having a really hard time loosing the last few lbs that I want to see on this cut. My body weight hasnt been this low in over 10 years so I am taking breaks every 4 weeks to sort of reset my "balance point". Any other tips/tricks you guys have used to push progress further in a cut.

    Obviously cals in/cals out. I am good a gaining and loosing weight but again never to this leanness. My body is literally like wtf brah.

    Lol. Add cardio if you're not doing them already to get your tdee up. Drink lots of water, control sodium, only go to places with good lighting.

    Last time I was cutting I got to a certain weight where I just stopped losing lbs. I either had to eat less or do cardio. I hate cardio. Next time I cut my goal is to be leaner and stronger.

    Ya my main forms of cardio are surfing a few days per week and I normally sprint twice per week. Maybe add a few circuit type workouts......dare I say mini WODs?

    Not an expert here b/c I've never been below around 10%, but friends that have do carb cycling, a mix of HIIT and LISS cardio, and low sodium to really harden up below 10%

    Currently carb cycling between lifting days and non lifting days. I havent played much with sodium but I will look into that. Thanks for the advice guys.
