    That's my guess. However, Brocolli is a fiberous carb, so you might want to keep it in there.
    I would add carbs to your diet man. It's not just protein that builds muscle man.

    Im taking 3-4 servings of veggies per day, and have oatmeal and some sort of starch as well, just reducing veg to get more protein in.

    with a new determination to eat eat eat and eat, only supplements being used are bcaa's and weight gainer

    and the will power to lift as much as i physically can, i am approaching my goal of 160lbs by my birthday in july.

    and just 2 years ago i was a tiny 109lb senior in high school who though benching 125lbs and wearing Nofear jerseys made me strong haha
