Yea, I really don't like McDonald's, or Arby's. I like chik fil a and zaxby's, that's about it. Lol. But I know, calories, carbs, and protein. A shit load of those 3. Lol. I'm 172 as of yesterday. But I was 181 last week.

    You heard it here first.

I hate McDonald's too. I don't like fast food in general. If I have to eat it I'll go with chick fil a, Zaxbys, Wendy's or Taco Bell. But that's like, once every couple months usually.

Try 595lbs and you can probably lock it out .

My big 3 max weight combined is barely 600lbs, I couldn't imagine moving that much weight at once. Lol. I'm probably not in the position to give advice, but I would guess maybe trying to push your hips forward. That always helps me get the last bit out of squats and deadlifts if I'm struggling at the top.

Fire the glutes (pull thrus or weighted glute bridges) and heavy rack pulls off pins

I am 99% sure that no science exists to support this, but I swear tucking my chin down towards my chest help my shoulders roll into a advantagous position for pulling

Squeezing the cheeks together helped actually. Had a guy yelling at me when I did it to squeeze em. I'll have to do some bridges, haven't done them in forever, solid idea:thumbsup:

Watched a guy PR at 500 on deads tonight. It wasn't pretty, and could have been very painful. He fired up off the floor extremely easily. But he couldn't straighten out. He actually took a step back, and I thought he was going to blow a knee out.

@t4r4life is the dl master around these parts, imo....i bet he can drop some wisdom on ya

I almost threw up just thinking about that. I can't stand to watch blowouts!

I don't discriminate when it comes to fast food. Anything but Arby's and I'm down. Favorites are Chic Fil A, Zaxby's, and Krystals, though. I try to only eat one completely shitty meal only once a week though, and since our little town just got a Zaxby's and a Waffle House, it's usually one of those. Tonight, the wife and I went out to eat with my parents at an actual restaurant and I got a 1/2 lb. cheeseburger with bacon and a fried egg...so good. (also, 2 long islands and french fries :anonymous: )
