    Easy question for me.

I'm all about longevity & quality of life as I age. I do strength training but, I also to much cardio. I generally run xc at least 6 days a week before I head to work in the morning. I strength train at home average of 4 days a week.

To me what I put in my body is about as important as my activity (I've yet to kick the Grizzly Wintergreen habit).

I almost only eat healthy...meaning (to me) all lean meats (very little red meat) & organic whenever possible. I eat as much fish, chicken, turkey, pork, fruits, vegetables, fat free dairy & other healthy shit as I can put down my throat. That cats I work with are amazed that I eat 4X a day while I'm at work alone. I think this is why I'm at 150 pounds. Tho I did add in supplements for several months and increased strength training (about a year ago). When I did my body changed some but, not like I'd hoped.

That said, you look great man at both the upper & lower weight.

alright you hard dicked motherfuckers, and even you couple limp dicks. And whatever eric is

Shut the fuck up and have a seat, uncle cody needs to say something

tonight at 10:05PM he shoved his balls deep into his soul, chalked the fuck out of his hands, threw on a belt cause he's a sissy and pulled a 395 deadlift
nearly passing out and probably shitting himself in the process

but this fucking 395, plus a 365 squat and a terrible vagina bench of 255 puts him at a 1015lb total at 158.5

I've spewed butthurt little asian rants in here for two fucking years about joining the 1000 club. When my estrogen fueled rants started, my total was a puny 855 (315dl/315 sq/225 b).
2 years for 160lbs but im finally in the club
    and it smells terrible

Very true. I don't even really drink beer. Plus, whiskey makes your chest hair thicker. You hear that, @tacopaulo, you baby-chested son of a bitch?

lol truuu. Evan Willaims is 43% alcohol #manshit

I'm the opposite. I went from 13-21 being 140 lbs. soaking wet. Now, I have some kind of complex where I feel small all the time, so I'm on the forever bulk.

Keep eating how you want, just eat more and you'll gain weight. Increase by around 300 calories per week until you see weight gain. If you're consistent, the gainz will come

I've cut back on dipping by only dipping only two days a week. I tried quitting cold-turkey, but couldn't, so I tried this. I usually make it to about Wednesday before I throw one in, but I dip pretty consistently on Saturday b/c that's when I'm usually outside shooting guns or fishing and having some adult beverages.

    We finally popular

    Welcome to the club, brotha

So Eddie Hall broke his own deadlift world record by pulling 1025.15 at the Arnold Classic yesterday. He pulled 1014.13 lbs like 10 mins beforehand, so he was already fatigued. So now he's got the world record for being the only person who's ever lifted more than 1000 lbs twice in 1 day and the world record for long bar deadlift.

Welcome to the club. It's a very elite, prestigious group you've finally joined. The first rule about the 1000 lb club, you never talk about the...wait, no, that's fight club. We don't have rules. We're savage motherfuckers.

You might notice your dick grew 2 inches after you passed 1000 lb. I mean, that's what happened to me, I assumed it happened to everyone else.

Evan is nasty. I'm more of a jack D or Soco 100 kinda guy.

Mine did. Brought me to an even 3"

I like almost all whisky's, but Evan is my favorite for the price. A half-gallon is only like $20. If I'm feeling fancy, I'll get Bulliet, Knob Creek, or Four Roses, but that's not often b/c I'm a cheap bastard

I've got a couple buddies that are all about bullet and ginger ale. It's alright, but I couldn't drink it as often as they do b

That is true. I'm cheap as shit when it comes to drinking, but I drank enough Evan green label in high school and freshman year of college that I don't even like the sight of the bottle. Lol

Ha that's how I am with vodka. I had an experience my sophomore year of college with McCormick's vodka that ended with me in the hospital lol #neveragain

A friend and I were pre-gaming in my dorm before were were supposed to go out to the bars and I drank waaaaaaay too much McCormick's. I was on the second floor and on our way out, I went from top stair to bottom stair head first and it knocked me out. My friend tried to pick me up, but as soon as he did, he noticed blood gushing out of my head, so he got the RA and she called 911. I woke up at like 4am, still drunk in a hospital bed and in a hospital gown not knowing what the hell happened. I had stitches all along one of my eyebrows and both eyes were blackened. A cop was waiting on me outside and he took me back to my dorm. I thought I got off scot-free, but got an underaged drinking ticket in the mail a few days later. Haven't drank McCormick's since. I can still drink vodka, but it has to be mixed with juice or something

SOOOOOOO....my diet and new training regimen started Tuesday. I did well. Then last night, some buddies wanted to go downtown and have a couple drinks. A couple turned into several, several turned into Waffle House. 3 good days of diet. That's as far as I made it

Did back and bi's this morning:

    4 sets of 6-15:

    wide-grip lat-pulldowns
    v-grip pulldowns
    t-bar rows
    one arm straight bar rows

    3 sets of 8-10:
    lower back hyperextensions
    flat bench lower back hyperextensions

    3 sets of 6-15:
    incline dumbbell curls
    standing ez bar curls
standing hammer curls (dropsets from 45 lb dumbbells down to 5 lb dumbbells)

I felt like a bitch curling 5 lb dumbbells, but my arms were screaming!

Also, I have REAAAAAALY been neglecting my lower back. The only time it gets hit is on deadlift day, so I've decided to start showing it some extra love. It's pulsating!

Time to ghey it up with some laundry room lighting selfies: #instagramfiltergamestrong

I went out last night. Like many of us, we didn't plan on drinking much but our friend who never goes out decided to actually drink. I stuck to coors light all night and I couldn't be happier. Maintained a decent buzz and woke up feeling great. I love craft beer but I might have to stick to light cheap beers when I drink a lot.
