Nice. I felt like I didn't do shit all day. According to the trusty Fitbit, I was wrong.

 

Damn, where the hell do you do 18 floors in a day? Our house is 1 story above ground (flood zone) and very rarely do I get more than 5 or 6 floors.

 

Work. We have a basement, main floor, 2nd floor. I'm constantly going all over the place. Either selling stuff, moving stuff, or going to the warehouse to unload trucks or help the guys load up our trucks for delivery. (I'm the purchasing manager at a furniture store.) 18 floors is nothing. I usually do more than that.

Just got back from Iceland. Fun fact, only gyms I saw over there were reebok crossfit gyms.

 

Watched pumping iron this weekend. So awesome. Got up at 3:30 this am and hit upper body again. The rain is letting me get off work early so I might go hit legs later too. I feel great right now. I picked up those sweats Zach. Super comfy.

I suck some mean gigantic black dick when it comes to pull ups. I'm terrible.


I actually want to start every work out with a set of max rep pull ups . Just to get better at them.

I love those sweats, too. I'm gonna get some more eventually. All my friends in the gym make fun of me and call me Beiber, but my legs are bigger than theirs, so I don't care. These are also the dudes who still wear backwards hats, American Eagle, and jeans with holes in them, so I'm not too keen on taking their fashion advice.

I love pull-ups. No better back workout, IMO. I always do a variation on back day, but wide grip seem to be the most effective (and the hardest). If you can keep strict form and go super-slow, your lats will be screaming. I can crank out around 20 if I needed to, but I usually stick to 4 weighted sets of 6-15....although during bulking season the weight usually comes in the form of a huge layer of fat on top of my abs

 

Yeah I'm not too keen on fashion in the gym. I like that they have pockets. Functional. The gym was way more crowded then I thought it would be at 4:30 a.m. Still had plenty of room just thought there would be way less people. This chick was working out next to me while I did some sets or bi's and tri's. I don't think she looked at me once. but I sure looked at her

Pull ups are great. I usually start my back days with pull ups.
