    1. weekends. I eat and drink like crap on the weekends
    2. Not starting until I was 20-21

    I sit behind a desk all day, too, but it doesn't screw up my goals...it's all crap I eat and drink on the weekends

    I couldn't find a steroid guy in our gym, but we do have a top-notch dim lightbulb guy...best bulbs on the black market

    I'm going to start my SEALS inspired "push em out" workout next week and haven't lifted all this week. Going to try and get an upper and a lower day in tomorrow/Friday.

    Somebody hit me with a good upper day that will take ~hour and hit all of it

    I did this yesterday. If you take about 1-1.5 mins between each workout, you should be done in around an hour. I didn't do them in this order. I did each muscle group at a time, but I guess it doesn't really matter.

    Also, you don't have to do those specific workouts. You can sub different chest, back, etc. workouts in

    thx - That's gonna be a problem. My new workout buddy hasn't caught on to my short breaks yet. He'll have to learn how to adapt tomorrow.

    I'm pretty much basing all of my knowledge off of Marky Mark in Lone Survivor LOL...

    Jk...but not really...Just from what I have been reading they have great discipline and strength so I figure why not throw in some of their tried and true stuff into what I do and see where it takes me.

    Na. I'm sure 99% of them don't even look like they lift....I'm also sure 99% of them could kill me with dental floss

    That's exactly how my workout partner is. He's huge and can lift super heavy, but he works from home and the gym is is social hour b/c that's the only time he sees people the whole day. He's at the gym for 2-3 hrs, so when I workout with him, I rush him. I love working out with my wife because we just both put in our headphones and get to work and we're done in under an hour most of the time.

    Ha - that's exactly what he does too. Works from home and will talk to anyone he can when we are there. Blows my mind. I wfh too and usually the gym is the only time I interact with anyone other than my wife (unless you count my dog) but I still prefer to go in headphones in, volume on high, and get to work. It's fun to work out with some one too but I wish he would put his head down and put in work...

    That was my point. Unless you need the exact same skill set, probably better training a different way.

    I agree. I just like reading about their badassery. I would never train like that unless I was planning on going to boot camp or something.
