    I always end up doing that to myself. I'll do like 12 reps 185, then move to 225 and do 6 then start adding weight and doing singles, and I never mean to do that. It just kinda happens.

    A few things, first.

    1: yes, I have bumper plates. A 35 and a 10, because for some damn reason we don't have 45 lb bumpers. And they make it easier to put the other 45s on.

    2: yes, I dropped the weight. Because fuck your lunk alarm.

    3: yes, I even leg day. I know, they're scrawny. Why the hell do you think I've been hitting them 3 days a week, and now every day?!

    Bullshit. Skinny guys can rock short shorts too. Leg day is way better when you can see your muscles. Ever done biceps in a long sleeve shirt? Or a short sleeve shirt with sleeves so big you can't see your biceps? It sucks.
