    It felt good on the way up. Butt flew just a hair at first and Had a very slight arch, but for a max, I was OK with it. Felt smooth and didn't feel anything in the back, so I figured it was ok.

    Those of you with Fitbits..what do you have? My Zip (free piece of crap) died.

    Charge HR or Surge I like. Can "kinda" get em free hahaha..but not sure I need the Surge really. I plan to start riding my bike collection in the near future as well

    Cool. I been wanting to upgrade anyways. I got the Zip at work and we do 28 day challenges, completion gets me $$ off my insurance so win-win.

    After not hitting the dreadmill in ages I did 40 min on Thursday at a hotel..fitness center my ass, treadmill-ellip-bike. Did 300 on Saturday at home.

    What I gotta do is get back on BCAA instead of 5 cans of monster a day.

    The occasional ON protein shake and that's it. Ill start pre-workout again in a few weeks. Might add some creatine into the mix for a bit since it has been awhile since i have taken it.

    Looks good, 1 rep forms are meh... The real form comes from doing that triple! As far as the shoes, get rid of them... FUCK SHOES. Deadlift in your socks. You don't need shoes/chucks. I haven't deadlifted in shoes for years, best thing I was taught about the DL.
