I found a used one on Craigslist for 50 bucks, and it has held up great.

So, it's late, and I'm hungry. And I'm cutting. Know a good snack? Pork rinds.

I bought one with a stand that I filled with sand from a kid on CL. Don't remember how much I paid. Maybe $60-$70. It can raise and lower, pretty nice. Bought it 3 years ago. Never use it.

I'd say the difference in price would be how much money you've wasted on a dust collector down the road...

Jk. I actually use mine a lot more in the hotter months. I pull it out of the garage into the sun and go for 3-5min straight on it and swear I've never sweat as much as it will make me. I've got a giant tractor tire that I bang with a sledge hammer too for a full "garage workout"

    Where's your hot sauce, bro?

I alternate between dumbbell shrugs, barbell shrugs, rope pulls, kettle bell pulls, etc., but Dumbbells are my favorite

Btw, what's up with your gavel pic? You in the law arena?

Cool! It's fun to mix it up and do it all. Keep it fresh. Trap exercises have always been one of my favorites!

Hell no. Do what I do. I told one guy who swore up and down that I didn't lose my weight naturally that I was like," ok ok ok you got me. What I really did take two tablespoons of cinnamon and eat it just powder form right then and there. I just lift weights to maintain." That dude was so fucking pissed when he got to the gym the next day.

Oh and FYI got my tens unit in today absolutely worth it. Feels amazing on the lower back after my recent screw up doing squats and trying to prove to myself that I can go lower

That's different though..being treated that way would elicit a much more vile reply from me and most likely be coupled with an ass beating.

Not from the store. That same steak at the grocery store would probably be $15-$20. We were at New York Prime, a reaaaaally expensive steakhouse in Buckhead, Atlanta. Fortunately some lobbyists took us out to dinner, so they footed the bill.

I'm gonna be in Atlanta during the last weekend of April. Where's the best gym to go to?
