I test all the drugs haha

I just figure it's a good way to flush the system. You do an oil change on the Toyota, why not a system flush on my body.

Ash and I might be the worst running partners ever. He doesn't like to run up hill and I don't like running down steep hills. This pretty much has us walking most the time haha.

one bottle of magnesium citrate cherry or grape flavored for .98 at Wally World. Give it about 1-3 hours to start working. You'll flush the system alright.

Abby doesn't like to run up hill, down hill, or across a hill. Worst running partner ever.

Skipped the gym last night. Wed I Was at school and didn't get home until 10:45pm, Thurs I was at the Capitol and went out to eat afterwards, so I didn't get home until 11pm, so yesterday after work it all caught up and I laid down at like 5:15 and woke up and it was 8:30....I had my gym clothes on and everything...shoes and all. Now that I'm back to normal, I'm gonna go hit legs around lunch time.

Good man. There might be one in my future this weekend

x2. I'm more of a "only run when someone is trying to kill me or shove a coffee enema up my ass" kinda guy

Whaaaa? Dude, everyone knows calories from alcohol don't count.

The worst part of that video was the husband getting interviewed. I was totally expecting him to be like, "yeah, this bitch is crazy. We divorced shortly thereafter." Next thing you know, dude is laying on the bathroom floor getting a gallon of Folgers shot up his ass. I couldn't even watch the second video.
