Id just follow the directions. Up the hell out of your water intake if you take 4 scoops a day.

That's what I was thinking. I already drink about a gallon a day, if not more. But I can't imagine how much I'm gonna need to drink a day the week I take 4 scoops a day.

No need to load creatine. So you get to see ALL of the benefits a few days later... not a big deal. Just take 5g/day and call it good.

This. Loading creatine is a bunch of BS. 5g a day is good. All you're gonna get by doing 4 scoops a day is diarrhea and stomach problems.

your body can only metabolize a certain amount of creatine/day

it's like taking a 500000% daily value vitamin

    sure, you can load it
but your body'll use 100% daily dose of it then you'll piss the rest out

save your money and just take normal sized portions

What is an acceptable amount of time to put between workouts if I am doing 2-a-days. I don't want it to be too soon after the first so that it is more like an extension of that workout but I also don't want to wait all day long to get back at it.

My 1st workout is usually from 8:30-10, I was thinking of the 2nd workout being around 2:00 or 4:00...

It's only on Tues/Thurs. Basically I am doing this:

    M: Chest/Tri (+ 5x5 squats)
Tu: workout 1 Back/Bi, workout 2 high rep push ups+core
    W: Shoulders
Th: workout 1 Legs, workout 2 high rep pull ups+core
    F: Upper

I have never seen anyone do it this way lol

    ^^^this. Creatine loading is retarded.

I'd say at least 4 or so hrs between workouts. Also, I've heard to lower volume on two-a-days so you don't burn out your CNS. I would also carb load like a mother fucker between the two workouts.

lol x2. I made it in the gym twice last week. 9 times out of 10, I make all 4 gym days in a week, but sometimes life gets in the way.

I guess this related. On my wedding day this past October, I was a whopping 330lbs, but didn't realize it because I had not weighed in over 2 years and was in complete denial. Started running, started going back to the gym and am currently down 55 lbs since November. I have about 40 pounds to go until I reach my goal but I'm getting there! The picture is me at my wedding rehearsal and then me in the same clothes last month.

I know. I've been thinking about it all morning b/c my wife said something last night after I got out of the shower about losing my abs....not that I had much in that dept, anyway....a solid 2 pack. I'm at 209 right now and I guessed around 17% bf. If I can cut super slow and get down to 190, I should be back down to around 10% and hopefully I won't lose much muscle. I'm talking slow as in like losing less than a pound per week at like a 200 calorie deficit. For the wedding, I cut at a 500 calorie deficit and lost too much muscle. The wife wants me ripped, but I wanna be big. Oh, the woes of lifting :boom:

FYI, my last cut, I went from 206 to 178 in like 3 months, but I definitely don't plan on losing that much weight this go around
