176 is smaller than me. Lol. I'm 181, have a slightly noticeable 6-pack in the right light, and hopefully this is the lightest I ever am again. Lol

True. I really don't want to get below 200, but if I can get to 190, I'll still be up 12 lbs from my last cut, which is a good sign of progress. I can plan on being a lean 200-205 this time next year.

Haha so true. The only reason I didn't tell her to deal with it is b/c beach season is coming up and I always try to look halfway decent. I fucked my timing up on my bulk because of our wedding, so I originally planned on cutting around May or June, but by the time I look decent, summer will be over. Normally, I'd bulk from like Sept-Feb and cut from like March-Aug, but we got married in Sept, so I ahd to cut from like July to Sept...it was terrible. I might just have to deal with ending my bulk sooner than I had planned and go ahead and cut. It's only gonna be like a partial cut though...I refuse to lose gains thins year. I was disgusted with the way I looked at our wedding. At 178, I felt like a twig

When are you starting yours? I'll probably begin Monday, since I just bought all my food for the week yesterday. I HATE wasting food.

Truuuu. I'm starting Monday. Got my diet made and everything. I'm gonna miss bulking :pout:

    2524 calories, 231 g protein, 262 g carbs, 70 g fat @ a 437 calorie deficit. If I lose more than 1 lb per week, I'll add around 50 calories per week until I'm losing a little less than a pound a week.

Also, supps: ON whey, ON creatine

    6 egg whites
    1 cup skim milk
    banana

tortilla w/ 3 slices of ham & 1 tbsp. light mayo
    1/2 serving of pretzels
    8 oz strawberry banana v8

grilled chicken sandwich: 2 slices whole wheat, 2 tbsp. ranch, 2 grilled chicken tenders
    fiber bar

post-workout shake: 2 scoops ON, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, banana

    2 chicken tenders
    fiber bar
    1 serving of peanuts

    vanilla greek yogurt
    1 cup skim milk

Gonna try to only have 1 small cheat per week, but we all know how that's gonna end

Id rather bench like a god then look like one. To each his own. I remember having a conversation with some gym rats in Texas a while back. They asked- "would you rather look like you bench 500 but only get 200 or vise versa?"

I'm gonna try to maintain my strength through all this crap. I usually lose a little off my bench and a little off my deadlift, but my squat usually stays the same. Fortunately, it all comes back as soon as I stop cutting. I'd rather be strong, too, but the wife wants be back around 10-11% bf.

haha no. All these dumb college kids have been protesting to have safe zones on college campuses so that they can go there if they get offended by something someone says. In these safe zones, people can't say anything offensive.......I couldn't make this up.

There are a lot of people in our generation that make us look like a bunch of pussies.

Too poor to list anything interesting.
Since Texas is going campus carry soon, they're talking about making gyms gun free zones.

Guess I won't be able to wear my sleeveless shirts anymore :pout:

x2. I think the military even has a thing now to where if someone is mad or in a bad mood, they can pull some kind of card and get 10 mins of alone time where no one can yell at them. This country is turning into a damn daycare center for retarded kids
