Pass on the full body routine and focus on only 1 or 2 muscle groups each time you hit the gym. This severely stresses the muscle fibers, then gives them ample time for them to repair helping you gain bulk. It also cuts down on the time you're in the gym.

You can also start drinking mass gaining shakes since you can mix the water and powder in a shaker bottle and its very portable.

    Read this:

I also do a lot of research here for workouts, meals, and supplements. If you're not sure about a routine, look at someone's here. Here is a good example:

Thanks, and yes. I have a shit ton of energy, GRATUITOUS amounts. Even after I am done am I drained but next morning, ready to go again.

Yeah I've been taking protein after work outs (Isopure, full 50grams), protein bars during the day, usually 15g.

I've been told that when first starting out you shouldn't just focus on split training, also there are times I work onwards of 20 hours a day leading to no workout, if you miss a workout on those days, it throws your workouts off?

So you want a better defined separation between your deltoid and bicep?

Yea it was good I think I should have stayed on the treadmill longer to help everything loosen up. Legs are good today after my walk.
