Let us know how that is. Never had ostrich either...sounds expensive.

That's how I was when I first started out...I ate 100% junk: coke, popcorn, pudding, etc. I still got results, but I felt like shit all the time and was caffeine-dependent

I tried that and it was alright. I'd rather eat 5-6 meals throughout the day though

It's an art, but it's the only way I stay on track. If I can go to school and work and party on the weekends and still do it, anyone can.

I eat a lot. Don't know if I can call them all 'meals' but I do a breakfast, post gym protein shake, brunch(pop tart or muffin), lunch, snack, dinner, snack (unless dinner filled me up, which rarely happens. -See last night's shameful 2nd PDQ pic-) then bed.

That's about how I am. Mine is super spaced out so I never get hungry or too full. I can eat a lot, just not at once

This is my bulking diet I've been doing since Sept (I've adjusted here and there as I've gained weight)

    8am: poptart
9am: 2 scoops ON with a cup of skim milk
    10am: banana
11am: cereal with a cup on skim milk
    noon: 12 oz orange juice
1pm: 1 serving ravioli, 1 serving pretzels, ham and cheese sandwich w/ light mayo, 16 oz strawberry banana V8
3pm: turkey burger with ketchup, fiber bar
post-workout (6ish pm): 6 egg whites, 2 egg yolks, peanut butter and honey sandwich
8pm: 6 oz grilled chicken, fiber bar

I started buying liquid egg whites so I don't waste so much of the yolks (I was throwing 4 yolks out everyday) and I like them a lot.

25 minute chest workout today. Kicked. My. Ass.

All 3 sets. All double drop sets. All as many reps as I could do:

    Pec deck:
150 (machine only goes to 150)
    110
    80

    Flat bench
    225
    205
    185
    (Last set I went 205, 185, 135...and could barely get 135 for 10...)

    Incline cable flyes
    70
    50
    30

You cray. What's double drop sets? Like you do a drop set then repeat? Sounds like a good time though.

I think a double drop means you drop the weight twice?
So he did 150 dropped to 110 then dropped one more time to 80.

Edit: I did the Rock's Hercules workout and it had a quadruple drop that made me want to put my head under the weight stack while someone is using the cables

Ohh you're right. I was thinking the whole thing 150 to 110 to 80 was considered one drop set.

Yea. Drop the weight twice = double drop. I've heard t called a triple drop set before. But that just doesn't make any sense.

It was a good time. If by a good time you mean you can barely bench 135 and feel like the biggest pussy in the gym.

I gotta say, the highlight of my cut is telling smaller dudes that I am cutting to 185. They all argue with me, tell me it's dumb, and that I should maintain or get bigger. I just laugh and say "Are you speaking from experience? Because when I finish my cut I am going to still be heavier than you. Let me know when you get to my weight and tell me how your body feels."

At that price, they can keep it!

Did you make sure to order it from highest-to-lowest rating? I use that site for every workout. Love it. Also, those floor presses are awesome. I've only done them twice so far, but both times, they've gotten me sore. I also love the svend press

Did back n bis last night before going to Mexican and eating some beef tips and a 32 oz. margarita :anonymous:

    all 4 sets of 8-15:
wide grip lat pulldown hammer strength machine
    narrow grip lat pulldown
    v-grip t bar rows
    bentover single arm dumbbell rows

    all 3 sets of 8-20:
incline bench hammer curls (supinate at top)
    overhead cable curls
machine curls (drop set to failure)

Got shoulders this afternoon and legs in the morning! My Mr. Hyde should be here today!

I sorted and tried to only pick things ranked 9.0 or higher. Svend press was great. The whole workout took longer (almost an hour and a half) but my partner wouldn't shut up and do his reps. He didn't even finish the workout because he started talking to some random woman about voting this past Tuesday. Gym = gains. Telephone = chatting.

That's what I do, too. I try to stay above a 9.0. I hate the talkers. I talk in between sets, but when my 1.5 mins go by, I put my headphones back on and go to town whether I'm mid-convo or not.

You should believe him. He's eager to get those headphones back on so he can blare some FGL and Luke Bryan!
