Damn 20 hour day yesterday (Friday) burned some good calories.
Even got a 1 mile run in and 70 minutes (600 calories according to my Fitbit) of tennis.

Went out to eat last night and did pretty good. Had a couple vodka and tonics, grilled salmon, steamed broccoli, oysters Rockefeller, and a bowl of pasta....went downhill afterwards when we went to my friend's house and played Madden and drank beer (only had like 3). Gonna grill out tonight...can't decide what I wanna throw on there. Probably chicken.

lol I can gain that weight in 1 meal...newbs

gonna do it today for legs.

Leg day was terrible today. I'm shaking! Took a whole scoop of Mr. Hyde and thought I was gonna go into cardiac arrest halfway through my workout. I was sweating and my heart was beating so damn fast. I'm probably gonna tone it back to 1/2 or 3/4 scoop from now on...that was just a little too much.

    all 4 sets of 6-15:
    squats
    deficit Romanian deadlifts
    lying leg curls
    leg extensions

    superset 3 sets of 8-25:
    seated calve raises
    leg press calve raises

@BabyTaco, I made my shake afterwards and it is fucking awesome! It tastes like a fruit smoothie. The only downside is it's kinda thick and it's like 32 oz., so it's gonna take like 30 mins to drink.

    1 cup skim milk
    2 scoops banana creme ON
    1 banana
    2 cup spinach
    1 cup blueberries
    1/2 lime

I hate that about baby spinach...it gets all gooey and smelling funky after like 3-4 days. I absolutely hate wasting food, so it really pisses me off when it goes bad. Same with bananas. I get enough to last a week, but by day 7, they look like black mushy dicks.

Yeah, I don't eat it enough to justify getting it. If this shake works out I can probably go through a whole bag of it before it spoils though. Bread is the worst here. It will dry out super fast, or mold really fast. Can't win haha.

Don't know if I'm Getting old or if my legs are just exhausted, but I was walking up the steps to the house today before I even went to the gym and my quad cramped up worse than I've ever felt. After it loosened up it felt like it was just ripped in half. That Was at like 11 this am. It still hurts. Haha

Old man! I hate that! I get calf cramps about once every few months. I haven't had one in a while, but this week I can feel it tightening up like its going to cramp, and then it backs down. I know one of these times, it's going to not let go and it's going to be hell.

I've been drinking skim for about eight years. When our daughter was born two years ago, the doctor said we had to give her whole milk. I thought I might as well just use it too instead of buying two different milks. Man, eating cereal with it after skim for so many years was like putting half and half on cereal.

Tried the shake @zacharypaul89 . Surprisingly, tastes alright! I used the original recipe you had found a few days ago.

    2 cups spinach
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup yogurt
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    1/2 cup oats
    1 banana

I didn't use ice, as I don't have any, and I added oats for my tastes. I think I would add 1/2 cup of water to the next one to thin it out a bit but it pretty much tastes like a peanut butter and banana shake. I can't taste the spinach so I might make this my morning shake.
