    Someone educate me on Mr. Hyde. Whats the big deal with 419mg of caffeine? 1MR had 400 back when it was good and that was a pretty good one back in the day. Does the extra 19mg make it that much better or does it have enzymes in it to help with faster absorbtion or something? I'm truely at a loss here. Only thing I am shy about taking in a preworkout is Huperzine-A. 25mcg -> 50mcg max a day. The short and sweet of Huperzine-A is that it basically makes your nervous system fire your skeletal muscle harder that it would normally be able to.

    what got me inquisitive to Hyde was the thermogenic formula tucked away in it that and triple to go juice I normally get. For me it means money savings as well as trying something different. If I can take half a scoop of Hyde vs a full scoop of c4 50x then that alone turned a 30 serving bucket into a 60 serving bucket for the same cost as as a 30. Follow me? But I am not going to lie. Wednesday I'm going full blown retard for arms day. I'm taking a full scoop and Zack has my emergency contact info.

    If you rely on it, yes. But, the majority of us in here take it for that little extra kick. I know I take it before the gym because I go after an 8 1/2 hour work day of lifting and moving furniture. I need a little extra Get up and go at the end of the day to make it to the gym and have a decent workout.

    So I went into the gym in a bad mood. Hoping to work out some anger. These fucking high school age douchebags are in there curling. Squat rack, preacher bench, 2 ez bars, and Dumbbells. Nothing got put back on the rack. Nothing. Then they deadlift. The bar got put back when they were done, but not the weights. Then they did abs. Left the Mat and the ab roller in the middle of the floor. After asking if they were done with multiple things I needed, I got pissed and just screamed "WHY DOES NO ONE PUT UP THEIR FUCKING SHIT?!" They gave me a look and just left. Me and one of the bigger guys in there decieded when we see that shit again, we're just gonna walk up to them and make them do a fucking 1 mile lap around town. Fuck those kids. And everyone else that doesn't put up your shit.

    And I put this on the board above the bench on the wall where everyone puts their bags.

    I stack everything you listed minus beta analine and I used my pre for most of my evening workouts because my routine is almost the same daily. 5 days a week. Wake up run for 30 minutes, go to work. Walk on lunch. Run after work then lift the come home sleep and do it all over again the next day. Do I HAVE TO nope. Do I like it hell yes. But come on bro. DYEL? It's a joke before anyone gets butt hurt
