    Ok guys...I've got some questions. Thinking about getting on a little creatine. Will you guys share your stories of using it, or any advice would be good as well. I know what it does for you, and I know what it is. I just need some stories of where you think it's good or bad. Good brands, what to look for, etc. Thanks guys.

    Finally got back to the gym today, took two weeks off while I battle some tendonitis in my left shoulder... Been eating like crap and taking it easy, felt great to get back in there and put some weight up. Just worked on legs today, I still need to take it pretty easy on my shoulder.... But it is feeling better

    Well from my understanding creatine is essentially "water weight" that adds to your muscles to give you a fuller look. I know it doesn't make you stronger. So all in all it is just to take some to give that enhanced look.

    It CAN help with strength, and I believe protein synthesis if I recall correctly. I could be wrong on that part though

    Would you guys recommend taking a week off from training every 8-10 weeks?

    I've been going 3 days on, 1 day off; sometimes 6 days on 1 day off, and I feel pretty burned out..., plus I feel that its a good plan to give your tendons and ligaments extended time to heal since they recovery slowly compared to muscle tissue.

    Some say to do just that. Me? Not more than a few days. It's easy to fall off that wagon. If you're training 4x a week you shouldn't be over trained.
