Yeah, once you get past the "holy fuck, my heart is about to explode" stage, it's not too bad

 

Do you get really hot when you take it? Like normal effect or maybe just over exertion on my chest? I know on arms my biceps and triceps are usually warmer to the touch than the rest

 

Good question, never drank more than a sip of coffee 4-5 times in my life. Don't care for the taste plus my teeth are extremely hot/cold sensitive.

That said I never tried more than a full scoop. I would guzzle it down in 10 minutes or less at 11pm, lift for 60 min, shower, and be asleep by 1am.

Mmm..Lucky Charms. My one guilty pleasure when I really get hardcore on my diet, I alternate between a box of those and a box of Cheerios for breakfast..1-2 small bowls at my desk.

A girl I know trained with her not long ago. This girl has done a few shows. She makes me look like I don't even lift.

Just ordered a 5 lb. tub of ON banana creme on bb.com. They're running a special: with every 5 lb. tub of ON whey, you get a free can of ON pre-workout. Their pre-workout sucks, IMO, but free is free! I got blueberry lemonade...never tried it, but it had the highest reviews.

Yeah. I pour sweat when I take more than half a scoop.

Damn! I take mine at like 5pm and I go to bed at like 11:30-12. I couldn't imagine taking it that late!

I switch between Lucky Charms, Fruit Loops, Fruity Pebbles, and Honey Nut Cheerios. I love cereal.

It's like that at mine, too. I usually spend the first half of my workout re-racking weights...if I see the culprits there, I say something to them, but it's usually leftovers from earlier....I just look as it as grip exercises to keep myself from punching someone

I think she's hot, but her damn shoulders are too broad. The 2 things that turn me off from fit chicks are girls with big ass shoulders and big ass quads. Jamie Eason has the perfect bod to me:

She has some serious body dysmorphia or something cause she is smoking hot and is constantly taking about how far she is. She's not 4% body fat but she's definitely not fat. Lol, good luck @Papa Taco . My girl is similar. She doesn't have a whole lot to do around here but work so I was suggesting the gym as something to do/stress relief. I would casually bring it up if she said she didn't know what to do. She took it as me calling her fat.

It took a lot of explaining and some confidence boosting but I think she understands it now. She goes pretty regularly.

 

Nice. She's hot! I finally got my wife lifting after being a cardio bunny for years. She's always been tone, but now, she's putting on some mass and I love it. I'm trying to get her looking like Ronnie Coleman
