    I beat the state champion arm wrestler out here in Washington last night. 8 years ago I lost to my local mechanic arm wrestling. He was the best in my neck of the woods where I grew up.     Cheat day today. Breakfast: whopper meal from BK. Lunch: 2 pizza lunchables. Dinner: 6 pack of Sweetwater 420, steak, loaded baked potato, for dinner. I had to buy a pack of pepperonis because lunchables stopped putting in them in the packs. Thanks Obama.

    This needs to be a movie lol. All my friends and I always get drunk on the weekends and arm wrestle. My gym partner is a naturally big dude...prob 6'3" 250...he is an awesome arm wrestler. I suck.

    Any of you have issues with certain jeans types? Buying a few new pair until I drop another size and I wear a 36 currently. But anything other than original straight, relaxed straight, or loose straight (loose is too loose) are too tight in the thighs and calves

    All of my jeans are loose in the waist, but held up by my thighs. And they're all original straight. I also have a huge problem pulling them up over my calves to pull my boots on and then put my jeans over my bootlegs.

    You don't even know lol. I have probably 20 pairs of pants and maybe 3 pair fit perfectly. Everything is so tight above the knees, which is why I wear shorts 100% of the time when I'm not at work. At work, I have to dress business casual (golf-sih) and all of my slacks are soooo uncomfortable. I float around 32-24, but I'm thinking about jumping up to a 36 just for the extra room...plus, it'll make concealed carry much more comfortable, too.

    My neighbor (not the one I usually work out with) asked me to go to the gym earlier today. I don't lift on the weekends but figured I could dink around. He really just wanted some pointers from me so I ended up giving him a 30min impromptu training sesh. Got him to do some squats and he immediately threw on 205 and started doing some reps. I told him if he really wanted to get the most out of it to work on going lower (a nice way of saying quit half squatting yo). So I made him a box and dropped the weight down to 135 and showed him the proper depth. Had him do 3 sets of 12. He complained the whole time about how much more that hurt than a normal squat (in his mind). Then I had him do some sumo squats, body weight squats on a bosu, and finished it off with some calf raises and wall sits.

    That was about 11:00 this morning. He just texted me and asked if I could help move a mattress downstairs. Thought he was serious and said I'm on my way. Then he said "well I can't go upstairs so I need a bed down here to sleep on tonight" lol. Little does he know it's going to be worse tomorrow.

    I'm still sitting here like do you need me to get that mattress?
