she just got a new follower :spy:

If you want strength, go low reps, high weight. Like a 5x5 program. If you want size, do med reps, high weight. Like 3-4 sets of 10-15. Sadly, going up 5 lbs per week on all your lifts ends after a while. I probably put on 5-10 lbs on my big 3 lifts per year! You could probably do much more if you strength train. Of course, I'm not in it for the strength as much as I am for size, so this might all be useless info for you lol #aestheticsovererrthang

I workout at 5pm. I eat a turkey burger and a fiber bar at like 3:30 and then take my pre-workout at 4:50. When I get there, I talk shit and wait for my pre-workout to kick in, but at about 5:15, the blinders go on and I lift. Sometimes, I'll stop between sets and talk to friends, but most of the time, I like to stay in my own little world.

    Working sets

I was doing low rep high weight up until this week. I would do 4-6 sets of 6,4,2,2,4,6 or a variation of that. This week I decided to do high rep low weight. 4 sets of 12-15 and I don't like it. I'd rather be real strong and stay small looking. Lol.

blinders on son! if you wanna get big, you gotta focus big. I just happen to luck out in the genetic lottery with my natural size, but you too can get bigger. Just have to focus all of your attention right where it needs to be. I might be big, but its a stout thickness in which I know I will never have the "cut" like Zach or taco have, I am just broad as a fucking barn :D

I'm a pretty small dude, like 6'1 175-180. I've got decently broad shoulders, but got dicked on the muscle genetics. My dad is 6'6 340ish. Could bench mid-3's low-4's in high school and was a lineman. Mom is 5'0 and skinny as a rail. So I guess I got some of dad's height and mom's weight holding ability. Lol.

My workout today sucked...I took a nap from like 3-4, so I was in a fog the whole time. It sucked...but, a white and blue box was waiting on my doorstep when I arrived!

Well there ya go. Check out a good strength program. I know a lot of people rave about Westside for Skinny Bastards and the standard 5x5 program (and it's many variations)...not my area of expertise though

    Zach who? lol

Same man. I'm naturally tall and lanky. If I quit working out, I'd be back to 150 lbs and looking like a damn toothpick. Like you probably, my arm and leg muscles are really long, so no matter how big they get, they're still gonna look small. Back and shoulder progression isn't bad, but chest is slow for me, since my body naturally wants nothing but skin and bone there apparently lol. It sucks

    Best for me right now is 10 sets ( 5 sets of 7 & 5 sets of 5 )
    7s @ set 1/3/5/7/9
    5s @ set 2/4/6/8/10

Only enough rest between sets for your partner to finish his set so around 30 seconds or less

2 weeks of this and i increased my already saturated flat bench from 10-13 reps on 320

It was his bday a few weeks ago. Zyzz was a big inspiration to a lot of people and motivated a lot of people to start lifting. I remember when he used to post at the misc (bodybuilding forum) he always brought the lols. Chestbrah on the other hand was just a big phaggot.

Yeah, I don't really like his brother. Zyzz's bb.com, 4 square, and chatroulette shit is hilarious. Master troll. He had a really good interview with simplyshredded.com where he talks about his "brand" and only acting all douchey to troll folks and promote himself. Plus, he's was about dat #aestheticslife

Lost a few pair of shorts that way. Don't gotta worry about it in Chubbies
