    Just did legs. I was gonna do shoulders, but they were sore from yesterday's chest workout. Got pissed doing calves and abs at the end and just left b/c there were people talking and leaning on machines and shit. I was trying to do seated calves raises and a group of people were huddled around it bullshitting and one dude had his bag on the seat, so I walked in and put weight on it and walked back off hoping they'd get the hint. They didn't so I just walked over, moved his bag and went to town. The fuckers finally moved. Then, basically everywhere else I went, someone got in my way, so I just left.

    When I walked in, there was a kid doing squats in the squat rack, so I asked if I could join in. He probably weighed 140 and was about 18, so he couldn't lift super heavy, but he was pretty strong for his size. We got up to 225 and he wanted to go back down because he had never gone over that before, but I talked him into trying 245 just to see what happened and he got it twice...I think dude's dick grew 2 inches. He was pumped.

    Around my town you can just drive up to a pot shop and they have walls of pre rolled joints, like 40 different weeds, professionally baked edibles and candies, anything you can imagine. It's all cured perfectly too and weighed out on the dot. There was 3.5 grams for 20 bucks of high quality herb last time I was there so it's not outrageously expensive either

    im assuming reverse pec dec/flies. try lowering the weight and maybe having someone tap your rear delts to help with your mind-muscle connection.
