I've tried a few.. Only one I've liked is c4. Some days it hits me hard. Others like today, I feel nothing. I really struggle with the diet and getting enough calories.

    None yet...
Without drugs we all have genetic limitations. Push yourself hard and switch up workouts. Gains come from eating good and hitting it hard year after year

Do you meal prep? I'm usually either at work or school all day so I think I'm gonna have to start

Well I'm out again, it was fun while it lasted.

Zack and D-rick, hit me up elsewhere sometime. You'll most likely find me breaking my genetic barriers in the gym using chemical formulas, taking selfies, doing crossfit and consuming 30 grams of fast acting protein within the 30 min anabolic window.

So, @zacharypaul89 , Steve weatherford, natty or nah? I know you follow him on SC too. Sure you saw the measurement for 19" arms. Says his arms grew 2.15" in 90 days from his "ARMageddon" routine. I might give it a shot, but I don't expect those kinds of results.

Also, gonna have to find those protein cookies he had on there.

Same. I could never go later than 5-6pm

I'm with you on the protein and beer, but I do like a good pre-workout. I'd go to the gym regardless, but anything that is going to motivate any more than normal, I'm going to utilize. My truck is a V6 and doesn't need a supercharger, but that supercharger sure is awesome! I'm going to use anything that works to get better

I know I'm dependent lol. I used to cycle off, but I haven't in a really long time (maybe a year). I have better workouts with pre, too. I'd like to try a placebo, as well, just to see what happened. I might pre-make 4 cups (3 with pre and like 1 with creatine) and mix them up and take them randomly throughout the week to see if I can tell. I'm sure I'd be able to. I'm still in the "trying to get swole as fuck" stage, so like I said above, I'm gonna utilize any tool at my disposal.

Meal prep is key, man! I'm in law school and work full-time, so I'm always on the go. I cook all my food on Sunday night and then prep my meals for the next day each night. It takes about 2 hrs to cook all my food and about 30 mins each night to prep everything. It's second-nature now. If I don't have my food with me, I know I'm gonna fall off the wagon and eat like shit.

I'm up in the air about him. I'm sure the NFL tested him, so back then I think he was probably natural and he was a beast. He's been retired for a couple years now and he looks like he's put on a lot of mass and is still like 6-7% bodyfat, so I dunno. I know he's capable of hard work and really knows how to stay lean, but how the hell can you stay THAT lean and put on 2" on you arms in 3 months?! I dunno.

Oh, no doubt he works his ass off. He couldn't get too big in the league because I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have been able to do his job as well. 2 years is probably enough time to put on as much size as he has naturally, but adding 13% more size to your arms in 90 days doesn't seem possible 100% natty.

He's probably taking the creatines. Not natty.

Also, let me formally apologize: The Chive went from posting "gym chicks" albums from every week to every two weeks, so the sexy lady content in this thread has been slow...fortunately, the Chive posted a good yoga pants album yesterday :D Just trying to keep everyone's test levels high :spy:

I ddont meal prep but agreed Zach..much easier to stay in a routine. I'm doing protein burner shakes for breakfast and a burger for lunch presently. Dinner depends but the wife is a good cook so I eat whatever she makes except seafood

I've been mixing things up with my chicken. I usually cook a couple times a week. 8 chicken breasts at a time. It's about time to throw a steak and some fish in there. Might need to keep a few trout next time I hit the water.

A few days ago I did bacon wrapped chicken.

Last night I stuffed it with mozzarella cheese.

Next time I think I'm going to very lightly bread it and stuff it with cheese and then bake it.

Plain chicken and rice or wraps are starting to get old. Gotta start experimenting.

I've been doing grilled chicken sandwiches drenched in hot sauce and ranch on toasted wheat bread here lately. So good.

I do a little bit of meal prep. I'd cook meats that'll last me for 3-4 days but my lunch is different everyday and I'll adjust my macros around it.
