    LOL, that sounds horrible doesnt it.
    Anyways, i was just saying / asking who ells has problems with them body parts that you can train hard but there never seems to be a size improvement

    You DON'T like doing arms?! Well, this is a first...

    farmers walk, palms-up & down wrist curl over a bench, wrist rotations with straight bar, standing palms-up barbell behind the back wrist curls, seated two-arm palms up and down straight bar wrist curls, wrist roller, etc.

    I throw forearms in with legs and abs, but I don't really do them as often as I should

    Really I feel like my legs in general refuse to grow. Then I put my pants on and my thighs are tight. Maybe it's just the feels :notsure:
