Impressive numbers man. Sounds about on par with what I get but my workout varies from yours. You using gear to get these numbers and what's your body weight?

LOL gear... naw. Im pretty much a natural advocate. I just made jokes earlier about it and my leg.
i can hit those numbers at 215-220 but I'm 235 right now. My Weight class is 100kg so thats where i have already trained to be the strongest at. I usually hit 2 big major parts for general training. SO id for example front squat 315 for sets and then bench 315 for sets... pure volume work

If your search my username i have posted what i do for work outs, and random lifts, couple vids etc. I don't think i have uploaded any 600#+ deads though

That's some impressive work man. Your bench workouts have similar numbers to my deadlift workouts...I can only hope and pray that I get to those numbers on bench one day.

    :tumbleweed:

So I spent the past 4 weeks doing a volume pyramid workout that I came up with. M-Th the main focus group would get a 20,18,16,10,8,6,10,20 rep/set and then I'd do some working sets of 12 reps on other things. This week I decided to change it up and go heavy. I cut the pyramid in half and have done the same workouts but the reps are now 10,9,8,5,4,3,5,10 and then working sets of 8 reps. My body hasn't been this sore in a long time. I hate and love it so much.

Today is legs. I may die :fingerscrossed:

So I was thinking about picking up some creatine and I know it should be stacked but with what? What brands have you tried? I used to take krealkalyne and something else and I remember it working well.

you don't need to stack it. I take a pre, Creatine, and protein. My pre was 1g of Creatine in it already but I split my scoop of Creatine (5g) into my pre and my protein (which I drink right after a workout)...

I used to take it by itself. It just taste bad, which is why I mix it but you could take it by itself and get the same results

stack it with a gallon or more of water per day. I've always used ON powdered creatine monhydrate. Optimum Nutrition is the most reputable brand in the game and their creatine is like $15 for a 4 month supply

I take the same supps as you. Nothing fancy....all that other shit is a waste of money.

The only thing I do different, which may sound retarded, is that I take my creatine separate from everything else because creatine doesn't dissolve in water, so I put it in a shot glass, fill the glass up, and shoot it. After that, I do it 2-3 more times to make sure I get ALL the creatine out of the glass. When you make a shake, there's always soooooo much "shake juice" stuck to the sides and bottom of the cup like a milkshake. I could easily see every bit of the creatine being caught up in that, so I just take it alone to be safe....may sound retarded, but I know for sure that all 5 grams are going into me.

Okay cool. I already do a pre most days and a protein shake right after a work out. Guess I'll just add creatine in there

Just don't get caught up in all that other bullshit. I know pros and IG bodybuilders put their pics up and their kitchen counters looks like meth labs, but their job is to sell product. 99% of the shit on bb.com, GNC, and all those other places is crap.

    Lol Creatine paranoid...

I usually drink my shake and then add more water and shake again and repeat until I'm drinking slightly flavored water so I know I'm not leaving any gainz in the cup
