I eat fast food a lot and I eat ice cream every night and I can get to a low bf that way. I'm not a big drinker though, I only drink occasionally.

 

Haha yeah I try to tell people I eat a lot and of coarse no one believes me until I complain about starving every 3 hours while eating a full meal each time. Haha I'm 6' and most I've ever weighed was 176 probably 6 years ago when I could eat whatever I want. I used to get 2 large Little Cesar's pizzas and I'd always eat at least 1 then eat the other a couple hours later. But now I'm forced to eat clean. No complaints though. The weight I'm at now, I feel great and feel like I look good. I'd like maybe #10 more of muscle and I'd feel pretty damn good about myself.

It's funny, I read some of yalls meal plans throughout the day and think "how the hell do they eat like that and are so much bigger then me" when I eat 1/2 pound of chicken breast, 2 waffles, 1/2 cup of blueberries and strawberries and a 20g protein shake just for breakfast about 15 mins after I wake up cause im so hungry. Haha I've actually tried to eat more throughout the day to see if I could gain more weight and I find I'm just sick of eating so much. I'd rather enjoy the food I eat and not feel like im forcing myself to eat.

 

Do you have an instagram or youtube account or anything?

 

I've run out of C4 and I would like to buy a different pre-workout this time around. I am considering Animal Rage XL, ON Gold Standard, and MP Assault. Anyone have direct experience with any of these, and are you able to recommend one over the others? I am open to other suggestions as well.

 

Where do you typically buy? Everyone here seems to be on a Mr. Hyde kick recently. I use True Athlete but I've only ever seen it sold at Vitamin Shoppe. I haven't seen anything that beats the value of them so it's all I get. It's like $25 for 90servings and they do a BOGO1/2 off a couple times a year so I'll load up and be good to go. It only has 50mg of caffeine but it's got a lot beta alanine for the tingle.

 

If you're talking about @allmotorrex then no. He doesn't have social media, but he has a YouTube channel with a few Tacoma videos on it. Hahah

 

I use the same thing. My stomach can't handle much caffeine but it works well enough. I notice my endurance during basketball is def increased with it

Yep. TW is all I have and all I care for. I'm just not interested in other people's personal problems and nor do I want them to be interested in mine. I'll just text my friends and join in talks on here about things that interest me.

 

I usually buy from Amazon. I will look into Mr. Hyde. Usually I want/need more caffeine than True Athlete has.

 

My box of Roids from bodybuilding.com are supposed to be here today. I ordered last Thursday.

 

I feel like they have dropped the ball lately. Nobody is getting orders on time it seems

Mine usually comes from Florida so I get it in 2 days, but this came from Vegas. And sat in Phoenix for like 3 days, apparently. I don't like it.
