I didn't do too bad. I probably had maybe 8-9 drinks per day. We were gambling so much, we really didn't have time to drink....except on Saturday. After losing my ass gambling Friday night, I decided to leave the casino Saturday and go find some hot wings and beer and see what the sun looked liked (I hate that casinos don't have windows, but that's what they want lol...got my body clock all fucked up). One of my friends came with me and we ended up sitting on the deck of this bar watching all these old classic cars go by (I guess there was a car show or something down the road). Everyone else from our group ended up meeting use there and we all got tanked. I was wasted by like 7pm, so I went to the room and passed out while everyone else gambled. I woke up at around 11pm and chugged water and ordered dominoes. I stayed up until about 1am chugging water b/c we were leaving Sunday morning and I was the driver. Woke up yesterday and felt like a million bucks. Everyone else was so hungover haha.

As far as the gambling went, I lost about $500. Thursday night when we got there, we stayed up until about 4am and I ended up losing $150. Friday, I just played 25 cent video blackjack all day while my friends went broke on the big tables. Friday night after dinner, I went to the roulette table and I ended up playing until about 6am. After dropping about $350, I got up to like $700 and I got cocky and started betting big and lost it all. After that, I decided I was done for the rest of the trip lol. Saturday, I just drank my sorrows away.

I fucking hate casinos lol. Everyone in our group lost a lot of money, but one of our friends ended up coming home with like $4000.

I usually do standing, but I like the lying svend press, too. Standing forces your chest muscles to work harder to keep the weight out in front of you...only downside is you gotta use less weight

lol such a waste of money

that's basically every supplement in the world lol

My take on test boosters: they're basically bullshit. It's a bunch of "herbal", "natural" bullshit that supposedly raises test levels, but none of it seems to actually be very effective. If it did, you'd have to use a PCT afterwards because your natural test production would shut down. Google symptoms of elevated test levels: higher blood pressure, nut shrinkage, acne, rapid muscle growth, increased sex drive, etc. None of that shit happens on a "test booster." If you want a boost in test, get this: take fucking test. If you really wanna know if your test booster works, get bloodwork done, take the test booster, then get bloodwork done again.

Disclaimer: I've only taken one test booster and I can't even remember the name of it, so I can't speak for all test boosters (but I'd still bet they're all bullshit). I will say that everyone I've ever known to take one saw no results. I worked at a gym for 3 years and sold tons of different brands to tons of different people and never saw anyone yield any results. The only people I've ever seen put on serious muscle fast were sticking a needle in their ass.

Disclaimer #2: I'm still cranky and sleep deprived from my wild casino weekend. Gonna go to the gym this afternoon and do some shoulders to get dat endorphin release

I took a test booster for 2-3ish months. Felt like a pre-workout to me :notsure: Probably all mental...

There may have been some shit in their that boosted your energy.

I'm not saying all test boosters are completely useless. I'm saying they don't boost your test levels...even if they do, the ingredients aren't powerful enough for it to be a huge boost in test to where you'd even notice anything. Here's the label for True Grit's Test Booster (bb.com's #1-rated t-booster)

    upload_2016-4-18_12-45-18.jpg

What the hell in that ingredients list do you really think is gonna boost your test levels so much that you're going to have an increase in muscle mass? That looks like the shit some hippie at a natural medicine shop would sell you. I'm not saying natural medicines don't work. I just don't think broccoli extract is gonna add an inch to my arms.

You want test boost, you take test. Again, I'm not advocating it...I'm just saying that that's 100% the tried-and-true way to get extra test into your body.

Buddy I workout with ha been taking test boosters for a while now one and off and I haven't seen any difference from when he takes and when he doesn't. I think it's 1up nutritions booster.

Pre, creatine, protein is all I take and it's pretty simple and effective in my opinion.

I heard that starting your workout with heavy squats is a good way to release a little bit more test

Fenugreek and d-aspartic acid can raise your serum free testosterone if you know what your doing. You 100% need an anti estrogen with it to be effective. You also need zink, and magnesium as well as gaba. If your don't have all them and an anti estrogen your waiting time and money

I do this (1-2 times a week), don't know if it works or not and not the reason I do it, just the way I set up my workouts...

I do it on leg day and then start out with heavy deadlifts on back day. I squatted every day for about 2 weeks and then fell off.

If you don't stop the added aromatization you most likely won't feel or see the difference. Some people prone to gyno will actually suffer from it or get some added mass behind the nipple and around it from a high dose of d-aspartic acid due to the aromatization of test into estrogen

I did the 5x5 program which was squats 3 days a week so M-W-F and the first thing you did was squats then either shoulder press or bench...

I don't do the 5x5 program anymore but I've taken the squat aspect out so I do the squats before I do chest/tri day and then I do them again on leg day. I'm putting together a new one now and I think I'm going to add squats on shoulder day too so I do squats 3 days a week again
