anyhow, i don't know what I'm doing i just like to type stuff on tw to make myself feel important You guys caught me

 

I believe you're right - its any "heavy" multi-joint movement, e.g. squat, bench, deadlift, OHP. I definitely feel the endorphins and test flowing after these workouts. I always start with one of the 3, then move into accessory work for which ever lift I began with.

 

I heard watching porn and not ejaculating before your workout will boost your test

 

Nope that just makes you loo0k like your on juice walking around like a rooster angry as fu

I normally just jerk it while I'm squatting. Ultimate test booster. Kinda freaks the people around me out though... Guess they just aren't as dedicated to the gainzz

 

I hate this shit. I usually tell the sloot to fuck off so I can get a better angle of the dude's glutes while he curls.

 

Always let chicks come to you. It's the rule of the jungle. That and no curling in the squat rack
