    He may be on clen but doubt it. Id say test/tren/masteron maybe winni as well but from my knowledge of the drugs and his body comp and make up id put my money on the above mentioned. He really isn't that lean considering so i wouldn't say clen or winni come to think0.

    I have heard that leg day increases natural test levels or some shit...no idea if it's true or not. Might go back to 2 leg days a week so I can finally bench press 405 and have 22" arms.

    I have a little puffy nipple syndrome from puberty. It's not bad, but they're puffy. Been that way since like 6th grade. It sucks lol

    The issue is this :
    If your Big, there is allot of guys that are big as well that like to Rooster up and get in your face for no reason.
    I used to be a little bigger, and when i went to bars man, id have to dodge fight left right and centre no word of a lie. I guess i was big but just small enough to have people think it was a good challenge. So i stopped going out and if i do i alway sit with my back against the wall. No I'm not a trouble maker by an lengths but will throw down if there is no other way out. I know allot of my bigger friends suffer the same consequence

    LOL I call BS. If you're not mean muggin then people "shouldn't" be just coming up looking for a fight. If they are you are hangin out at some rough places. I am not big by any means compared to you (at least compared to your numbers), but I kind of know where you're coming from. I have been able to talk my way out of just about every encounter I didn't want to be a part of... People are gonna make comments, but you just gotta be the bigger man and brush it off. If you can't then you're asking for it anyway. My $.02 for whatever that's worth haha

    I usually do, but honestly i hate fighting. I used to work in bars, i know the type of people i encounter on a daily basis and how to handle them. There is alway some one in a bar looking to prove something mate, and if you look like a tasty challenge your time is now. There is a bar in medicine hat where for the love of life i couldn't walk into before 5 min later some dude will get up in your grill trying to provoke a fight. Here in calgary its not so bad though

    I'm with ya on that. I've had people get in my face at places for no apparent reason other then being the big guy at the bar. Even my home town- Last time I was there had a guy screaming at me from across the bar to arm wrestle, then when I beat him even following his rules, he wanted to fight. Calling in his friends etc. I just finished up my drink and left. I'm sure me and my friends that were with me could have handled ourselves and the guys he was calling like me more then him anyways but it's not worth it when I'm only home 3 weeks a year.

    Yeah, that's how a lot of people are around here. Anytime a big dude is in the bar, it's almost guaranteed that there's gonna be a fight b/c I guess big dudes are just insecure lol. I've never had any altercations at any bar. I'm also not a big dude, so I guess folks don't want to establish the dominate male card towards me. The places I frequent these days aren't the type of places where fights really break out though. In college, sure, but now that I'm 27, the bar at the Cheesecake Factory is more my speed.

    The guy in that video has always been the type of guy y'all are talking about. I'm always hearing stories about him and his roided out buddies going to bars just to start shit. I just don't get it. I've been drinking and going out off and on since I was 21 and have never had an issue or even seen one really. I've never really been the 'going out' type. I hate people generally, so I'd rather just hang out with my friends. I see fights sometimes at concerts or football games, but I try to stay away from all that shit. I just wanna get fucked up and have a good time.

    I like fighting a lot. It's a lot of fun, I just prefer a ring with established rules and knowing that there isn't a chance someone's friend is going to sucker punch me and then stomp on my head.

    I've had a few guys say they wanted to fight over the last 6 months, but no one ever did shit. They were drunk, I had had a couple, so I was fine. I try to avoid that stuff. One was jealous because I was with a girl he had been trying to take out. "I'm gonna find you and beat your ass." I was like dude I'm rigt here. Don't have to find me.

    Then I had to kick some dude out of a bar because he wanted to fight the whole kitchen staff. (He was banned from the bar for stalking one of the bartenders, but he went anyway.). He's always been known as a hot head. Slammed his beer down and said he was gonna fight all those mother fuckers. The biggest one was like 6'3 160 lbs maybe. So I stepped in and handled it.

    THEN, me and a couple buddies broke up a fight and one of the guys friends called my friend a "fucking Iranian" because he's like 1/4 Brazilian so he's a little more tan than the rest of us. My friend is a lover, not a fighter. So I pushed the guy back when he went after my friend and told him to shut the fuck up. He came back again and I shoved him into a car, grabbed my buddy and basically carried him off. Then my friend that's 6'2 about 230 comes by and picked the guy up by his neck and shoved him against the car and told him to never put his hands on Alex :laugh: dude was TERRIFIED.

    Had an AWESOME leg day today! Took a full scoop of ol Hyde intending to do shoulders, but was so hyped up, I did legs instead.

    squats: 135x20, 225x10, 315x2, 355x1, 365x1, 385x1/2...I tried to get 385, but I half-repped the fuck out of it. Most I've ever done
    deadlifts: 135x20, 225x15, 315x7, 405x3...stopped after that b/c my form was getting shitty
    leg extensions: 4 sets of 15-20
    leg curls: 4 sets of 15-20
    calves & abs

    Don't make fun...those squat and dl #'s were heavy to me lol

    Trying to work on my grip, I decided to end shoulders with DB shrugs, was doing 85's and had the motherfucker almost slip out of my left hand on 8th rep. I hate having a weak grip.
