    We have one squat rack. And there are these 2 guys with no gains that do bullshit everywhere including the squat rack. So annoying. They take forever to get thru their sets. Like 30 minutes at least, and not heavy weight

    There's a group of gainless cops that do that, too. They do some kind of circuit training bullshit and it seems that one of their stations is almost IN the squat rack. Monday when I came in for leg day, they had a flat bench in the squat rack with like 15 rubber-weighted dumbbells around it. While they were at another station doing god knows what, I moved the bench and started throwing weights out of the rack so they could see that what they were doing was stupid. They're usually leaving when I get there, but I always have to put up with about 10 mins of them running around the gym like idiots.

    That's what I do when I see someone leave their weights laying around and not re-rack them and I have to use that station next. I make a big scene out of it. I (safely) throw them out of my way and make all kinds of noise so they'll look over and realize they left shit in my way. then I start mumbling about how no one puts their stuff up (loud enough for them to hear it).

    do it up, limited movement in the legs, no bouncing and no arching your back. i.e the bar cannot pass your pelvic plane :)
