x2. I don't feel that I've had a good workout until I can't barely move the targeted muscle when walking out the gym.

With standard 10x10, got for a weight you can get through 4 sets of 10 easily. With 10x10 on roid's, I used 95 lb bench, and was struggling on the 6th set and after.

It is hard. The split is usually 3 muscle groups, chest, back and legs, using compound movements.

10x10 on roid's is a little different. For instance, yesterday on my chest workout, I chose 2 chest exercises, 2 triceps exercises and 2 biceps exercises. 10x10 30 second rest between sets, 1-2 minutes between exercise. I still have a pump today in my arms.

You can choose up to 4 exercises per group depending on your physical ability. But this is just a shocker workout, not something that you should be doing for longer then 2-3 weeks.

Agreed, I'm far from educated on all this but if you readthe label they're mostly all diuretic products like caffeine and green tea etc, made me pee a ton and was always de-hydrated when I've tried them!

Reduce calories/carbs and up the cardio....that's how fighters and bodybuilder have done it for ages and they know their shit when it comes to body weight manipulation!

How many of you guys crossfit? Should I drink the cool aid....again?

I did it like 4-5 years ago with a work friend and really liked it but after a shoulder injury I was burnt out (felt it was constatntly to high intensity) I've since stuck to more traditional BW workouts as for some reason I've always felt more natural doing those! I did however keep the zone diet this whole time and finally have it dialed in! Crossfit dudes are always so ripped and know most prob came from a good strength base already. My goals are to get stronger and add 10lbs of muscle just not sure if I should to a traditional strength program 5x5, 3x8, 10x10 or slowly start crossfit again? Opinions/experience welcomed?

Yes you should...but not the whole glass. :p Do hybrid stuff, crossfit with 5x5.

I'm a hybrid Crossfit guy, my workouts are either insanely high intensity or they are 5x5 and 10x10. 5x5 for strength, 10x10 for hypertrophy.
