Haha I'll do it. I'm actually in a "weight-loss" competition with some folks at work. I'm the only one out of 10 of us who's ever seen the inside of the gym, so it should be easy money for me. I'll implement your program into that. The only thing I'm worried about is that there are some really fat people in this competition and, even if they half-ass it, they can drop 30 lbs in a month. I'm stopping at 190 no matter what. Ain't no body got time to be skinny

HAHA yeah. Exactly why my target weight is no less than 215 because after that, i cant feel that skinny. Ideally id like to be as lean as i can get at 220#. That natty or not scale is gonna be broken

@zacharypaul89 ... I was 185lbs when I was doing a lot of weighted pull ups.. That was almost 10 years ago. I'm 5'11" 200lbs these days. I've been incorporating them again recently, no straps and strict form!

Starting age for me was 16 1/2 years old hitting it 6-7 days a week! 135lb monster at 5'10"!! I'd do 2hrs a day.. Thankfully it was during the pinnacle of Young man test levels building the foundation carrying on! I'll be 38 next month and the gym is 2nd nature! Even with a 9 month old baby after work 4'days a week I'm hitting it! Rain, sleet, snow...

Been lifting for roughly 12 years. I was probably around 145lbs at 5'9. Been as heavy as 215 with abs, but currently sitting around 175 and the lightest I have been since high school. Focus has changed but still like to lift heavy shit.

Did backnbis today. Did the 45 lb wide-grip pullup challenge after 3 sets of regular ones and got 6.5. It was pretty cool though b/c I saw a few people stop and look...gonna keep doing it now just for the attention lol

    back:
    wide grip pullups: 3x15,12,10 1x6 w/ 45 lb weight
    v-grip lat-pulldowns: 4 sets of 8-15
    t-bar v-grip rows: 4 sets of 8-15
    v-grip seated rows: 4 sets of 8-15
lower back extensions: 2 sets of 12,11 w/ 25 lb weight, 2 sets of 10 @ bodyweight (I hate these damn things. I guess my lower back is weak b/c I can't hardly stand after doing these damn things)

    biceps:
    seated db curls: 3x8-10
reverse-grip cable ez bar curls: 3x8-10
    preacher curls: 3x8-10
hammer curl drop sets to failure

So after I got a new container of stimul8 I realized they sent me an undersized scoop in the last one. I've only been taking half a scoop this far. Now wonder it didn't do much

Did backnbi's today, ended with cable curls to failure. From 50lbs all the way until I couldn't pull 15lbs (my arms were already roasted when I started) the girl next to me thought I was fucking nuts because as soon as I couldn't get it, I instantly dropped it 5lbs and kept going.
