I pulled it up on my phone. If you are just worried about someone looking over your shoulder it is SFW, but if you have some sort of monitoring that is reported to what sites you visit I would steer clear just bc of the name lol

I am, but apparently I'm one of only a few who gets super geeked up on it

Ugh, I hate sweet potatoes. I wish I liked them b/c they're so good for you. I get most of my carbs from pop tarts

Maybe go up a size. I've never met anyone whose legs were too big for Chubbies. They even have dudes on their websites with powerlifting legs and they fit them fine. I ordered a M my first time and they were way too tight. Ordered a L and they're much much better.

Haha I already get plenty of dick pics in the mail.....from myself. No problem on the bcaa's. I know the unflavored stuff tastes like shit, so I mixed them with pre-workout or Gatorade powder or something.

I'll go up to an XL and see how that works.

On another note, I am trying @manethon 's psycho workout tonight. I will provide a full report tomorrow morning.

@zacharypaul89 why didn't you tell me that you were going to be in Knoxville today? You were looking kinda small by the way.

ITs not psycho, its badass! you can do it. Just make sure you have enough carb and protein in your pre-work out meal or you will battle really bad to complete it with the alloted rest.

I found i needed about 50grams more in a day and about 80-100g more in a day to get the recovery and strength to push through this program.

Shoot for 5-6 meals of 6-800 calories each, at least 30 grams of protein and 30 carbs in each.

The sticker. I hate bro-country. What's sad is that one of the dudes in the band is married to Amy's best friend's old college roommate, so I could go to any of the shows for free if I wanted to. Also, Amy's cousin who lives in LA used to be the band manager for a pop-punk band called Every Avenue. Their lead guitarist is now a backup guitarist for FGL. Too bad he's not playing with like Sturgill Simpson or something :pout:

I've been at parties with the girl who is married to the guy from FGL and everyone kisses her ass b/c of who she's married to and then there's me and 2-3 other guys who just talk shit on him the whole time....she's not a fan of me lol.
