    I usually listen to rap in the gym...that's the only time I listen to rap unless I'm drunk lol. Power Workout is a really good station on Spotify. Lots of Jeezy, Eminem, Jay-Z, etc.

    I guess I'll kick off quad week. I know they're pale and I know they're small...I'm working on them. Also, threw in a couple pics with my new "Animal" tank top I got off Amazon for like $6 shipped. I say "Animal" in quotes b/c I know it's bootleg as hell because it came from like Hong Kong or some shit and took a month and a half to get here. Get what ya pay for I guess...
