    just let it happen! i have zero quads but can squat 475lbs and front squat 315 for reps, i also have tiny calves, reason why i switched to more powerlifting, i have a shitty body for bodybuilding. LOL

    I hear ya there. Nashville this week with friends, back to Seattle next week, then back to N.Y. For a week to see the fam. I'm happy to see everyone but the amount of gym time I'm getting is not satisfying
