    reached my first dumbbell milestone!
I went to the old golds, goodlife bought them out and i always say the 150s laying there staring at me.
So today i went in with a mission to see how many reps i can get and if i can get up to 150s on the incline bench
Start with 75 and quickly moved into the 100s with 8 rep sets
I was still able to hit the easy 8 rep sets with the 135s so i figured why not skip the 140s and go straight for the 150s.
So i did, and managed 5.... i think i could have done more but the left arm for some reason wasn't having much of it.
Disappointed with 5, i did drop sets with 30 seconds rest from 150 down to 100s and then repeated 4 sets of 100 for 8s

Nice. I had chest/back day again today.

Decided to do the same 4x4 I did last week on flat bench. 225, 245, 245, 275 x4. Only got the 275 x 3 last time. Hit it for all 4 today. Tried for 295 and failed :( (Was benching 315 while bulking...)
Ii've been doing more reps than going for heavy weight lately, so I figured if I get back to the 4x4 routine, it'll shoot back up fairly easily.

Then I decided to do incline DB 3x10 at 90, decline dumbbell 3x10 at 100, then hit back.

Feels good to be lifting heavy again.

Was prepping my supps too quick this morning and dumped my pre workout in my protein shaker, after I already dumped my protein in. That's going to be one nasty post workout fruit punch flavored vanilla energy shake :puke:

You are. Creatine supplements are meant to be taken every day.

We've got a couple guys like that, but not nearly as strong. I hate that shit. There were these 2 dudes in there last week doing that and one of them had their damn phone playing out loud and just trying to get folks to stare at them. We had an old guy I think I've told y'all about before. He's like in his late 60's, early 70's and the dude is all fucked up in the head. When I worked at the gym, I could tell something was wrong with him and I found out he was a pill-popper and his brain was completely fried. He would come up to strangers and talk to them, do shit like take his shirt off in the middle of the gym, would always wear damn latex gloves, and just got on everyone's nerves. Last week, I saw him drinking a damn Coors Light, so I called the owner and he kicked him out for good. There's also this swole black dude that started coming and Amy called me and said he was freaking her the fuck out. I went up there just to observe and he is just really controlling and bossy to women. Like, he was trying to get Amy to show him how to connect to Wi-Fi and he was like, "take my phone right now and do it." I finally walked over and told him that wasn't part of her job. I've heard him asking women where they work and other generally creepy shit. Come to find out, dude was a bouncer and just got out of prison for beating the fuck out of someone. I could definitely see him kidnapping some girl or something lol...super creepy. Even some of the cops that workout at the gym have come up to the girls who work there and told them to just leave if they're ever in there alone with him.

TL;DR: I don't see why people just can't fucking act normal at the gym lol.

Me too. Finals period has been killing me. I've been to the gym 4 times in the past two weeks. My diet has also been terrible. I think finals have just put me in a "fuck it" mood. Hopefully after Thurs., I can get my shit back together.

Same. I'm scared to see what my max is now. Going back to upper/lower this week, so I might max out today on upper.
