    There is a place here like that where I get a 40lb box of chicken at a dollar something a pound. I get them in butterflied breasts - cut of the tenderloins and vacuum seal weekly portions for my meal prep - its awesome and waaay cheaper :)

    I always find it hilarious when "people who don't even lift" that I work with try to give me advice on nutrition and lifting. We were out eating lunch and this one guy noticed that I was only eating protein. I told him the diet I was on and he was just telling me how I should eat whatever I want but switch over to light weight and high reps to lose weight.
