Had a terrible leg day today. No motivation. I dunno if it's because I've been sitting around studying all day or because I took a 20 min nap like 30 mins before I went or b/c I left my Mr. Hyde at work and had to take ON-Pre. I just couldn't get in the zone, but I got it done

    squats: 3 sets of 8-10
Romanian deadlifts: 2 sets of 10-15
leg extensions: 3 sets of 10-20
lying leg curls: 3 sets of 10-15
    seated calve raises
    leg press calve raises

    Also, thanks @tcBob & @Guerrilla!

Anyone here use over ear style headphones when they lift? Like beats or whatever? I use bluetooth earbuds but would like something a little louder and better sound quality. I'm just concerned with over ear ones seeming to bulky, my and my ears getting sweaty against the ear pad things

@tacopaulo wears his over a hoodie though, so unless you do that you are going to sweat all up in them:muscleflexing:

Lol so true though. That's why I've found myself using these more now that it's hot outside. But then I have to spend 3 hours to get em untangled before I can use them.

I got these for Christmas and love them...only $35 on Amazon and they have 4.5 stars out of like 150 reviews. They're called Creative Sound Blaster Jam. Loud enough to drown out everything, the battery lasts like 3 weeks, and they're super light. The ear pads do get sweaty, but it's not that big of a deal. Unless someone buys me some really nice expensive over-ear headphones, I'm sticking with these fo life.

Not over the ear, but found these a few months ago and am really happy with sound quality and how well they stay in the ears. Very comfortable, too. Never could find earphones that would stay snug in my ears while running but these do the trick and sweating isn't an issue...

Went in to do shoulders today decided lets do a massage first drank my Hyde and then started the massage since it was supposed to 15 min figured Hyde would just be kicking in. I fell asleep on the massage bed Hyde didn't kick in and had the worst workout I've had in a while. only got 3 miles in and Barely lifted.
