For the amount you're benching, that's good volume (even if some haters disagree, welcome to the internet) I'm making gains on my bench monthly which is great for me at this point and I'm only moving about 15,000#s on flat bench each workout before moving to accessory/isolation work. Hoping to get 445 on bench this weekend or next too if all goes right. You're squatting more then anyone else in this thread too so bravo. Keep at it

Finals are over, baby! The wife's b-day is today, so her and all our friends went to Mexican last night and I met them there after my final at around like 10:30pm. They had been there since around 5pm, so they were all hammered and I had to DD. I was pissed lol. Good thing is I don't feel like shit today and they all do. There might be something to this whole "no drinking" thing....hmmm.
