I've heard that they can be when you get used to them..my friend can powerwalk like a champion in 7 inch spikes. My wife can't even stand in heels..2 junk discs in her back.

I have several tats but none on the feet..doubt I ever will but I want to do my arms up before anything else.

 

Finals are over, baby! The wife's b-day is today, so her and all our friends went to Mexican last night and I met them there after my final at around like 10:30pm. They had been there since around 5pm, so they were all hammered and I had to DD. I was pissed lol. Good thing is I don't feel like shit today and they all do. There might be something to this whole "no drinking" thing....hmmm.

I've got one more final on Monday and then I'm done, I jut left one of my finals that was at 8am. I'm ready to be done. Damnit.

My insurance has already advised me because I didn't lose the weight from a surgical procedure none of the skin reduction surgery is covered. Had I had gastric then it would have been covered 100% which I think is bullshit but you can't pick and choose in the corp world

Turns out it's not strep but I have ulcers in the back of my throat? Hurts to swallow (even jizz) and eat. No gym and super low calories and not enough water. Woke up this morning looking skinny as all heck. Doc said a few more days and hopefully it's back to normal

Yeah, some women just weren't meant for heels...but still try anyways, walking around like newborn calf. haha

Seems legit to me . I've done squats with a 45# plate under my heels before. I think Arnold (or some other motivational fitness guru) used a 2x4 nailed to he ground to lift their heels.

I mostly squat in shoes that don't have any arch though, as flat as possible. Every now and then though I like to lift the heels to change it up...

 

oh yeah - lifting the heels a smidge is good....but not in those unstable things! break an ankle!

Perhaps they're new at it, props to them..those who cannot perhaps should leave them in the bedroom for recreational purposes that do not involve walking
