I've been trying to hit more sets lately. I have been sticking to between 10 and 20 reps per set and trying to get in 5 sets. Or I'll go to another work out in the same muscle group and do another 5 sets at that spot. I've been keeping the idea of getting 100 reps in on a work out and trying to stick to that. I usually have to drop weight down in order to get those last sets in.

lol im not including all work outs. Im including 3 work outs in 8 days. Still missing 2 work outs ;)
id cant speculate on total pounds for the other days because my 2 " off days are slow cardio with 10 sets of muscle cleans/ muscle snatches. work out 1 is say 90k work out 2 is say 80k and 3 is about 80k 250k @ 3 work outs in a week. Plus the 2 other days where you do arms, hammy curls, leg extension, rear delts, high pulls calves, forearms etc

thats good! See i lack squat weight because of the friggen knee. ITs really tough on it.

For chest the other day for example i did well over 12 sets of dumbbells starting at 90 up to 150s then back down to 100s and stuck with 100s till i was unable to do 8s all on incline. Then incline hammer presses and incline flies. Thats all i needed.

See i set my goals differently. For every set i was unable to achieve more than 5 reps i add 1 set of 10 reps to the work out at the end with a weight that i can do 10. So in the end that may end up with 5 extra sets lol

I have never understood why people are scared of hard work or sets or have this mentality of program says 5 sets so i do 5 sets. Go all out, what do you have to loose. If you can do 5 more sets DO IT!

Yea we discussed that a while back. My theory is they went "vegan" when they cycled off so they had something to blame for the loss of gainz. Then once they were ready to get back on, they're done with the vegan experiment.

Anybody in here interested in buying a Garmin Fenix3?
    Used. Few minor scratches.

I just got this in September. Then Garmin drops the HR upgrade. Looking to part with this one and get the new one.

yes its flipped. 3 warm up sets till you get your working set weight.
then do your first 5 sets with 45s-1min rest and then if you must the last 5 sets at 1:30-2min rest. If your blasting through it on our 8-10th set with 30 second rest your clearly not using enough weight or your a genetic fitness freak

I just picked a middle weight I knew I could do for 100 full reps. But the last two reps are actually not fast it's as fast as I can go but physically hard to get those last few reps in

Retail is 499. I would like to get 350 for it. I think thats more than fair for its condition

I am truly happy with the performance of the watch. Lots of room for improvements and they have been doing a great job with software updates. The battery life on it has many factors based on use. I honestly haven't counted the days. When I first got it I was on it ALL the time playing with settings and figuring things out. Using it for the gym, hiking, navigation tracking and so on. I would say anywhere from 5-10+ days. Even now I have been playing with it a lot, I haven't charged it this week and I am at 75%. However, my internet has been bad so it has been plugged into my computer to sync the data and adding new watch faces, apps and data fields to try so it has gotten a little juice from those times. I am tracking activities for 60-90 min everyday with the max tracking I can get. Alarms for HR going over a set BPM and so on. Where I save a TON of battery is I do not run notifications from my phone on the watch, personally that annoyed the hell out of me.

Literally the only reason I want to part with it is to get the Fenix3 HR so I can get all day HR data to help with recovery tracking

Here is some of the data with it and the HR Run. Impressive what all it can do.
