    Just went to a sister gym that was closer to my house to to try out. I was asked to leave after I had been there 45 minutes because I asked a guy if he planned on actually lifting of running his mouth the entire night. Evidently it was the gym owners son. He asked if he could work in a set before I started, I said sure why not. Damn near 30 minutes later I was still waiting for the damn squat rack

    Haha I keep my leg mirror in a spare room where we have an extra closet for all my shit. We used to share the closet in our bedroom, but her shit started piling over on my side, so my clothes got booted to the guest room...which also serves as the room for all the other junk she doesn't wanna see. We don't even take the Christmas tree down anymore...it just stays in there with all my clothes, all our wedding presents, and a bunch of other shit.

    TLDR: we're lazy and keep our fully decorated Christmas tree in our guest bedroom

    Ok. So, there's a "trainer" at my gym. I say "trainer" because he says he's a trainer, and he trains people, but I don't think he knows what he's doing. His legs are smaller than mine, and that's saying something. He doesn't have calves. Like, at all. I watched him squat a couple days ago...275 for quarter reps. Quarter reps. No even half reps. Grunting and making noise like he's a badass.

    I feel sorry for the people he trains. I mean, they might see some gainz because n0ob, but they're wasting so much money.

    Dang. That's what I took in lieu of whey protein my first few years lifting when I was a string bean. Glad I don't take it anymore!

    After going back and looking, most mass gainers were rated low because they're basically just filler calories. Serious Mass was the only one I read the review on and the only thing it said that was bad was its 'efficacy.' I guess because it's like 1200 calories per serving and those calories are probably from some shit like ground up horse hooves lol...that shit works though!
