Same. That and Tap Out. They say not to judge a book by its cover, but when you're wearing bedazzled jeans, a shirt with a dragon on it, and are covered in tribal tattoos, you're just asking for an ass-kicking.

Don't forget white sunglasses. Bedazzled jeans, a diesel truck on 20s, affliction, and white sunglasses. That's exactly what every bro in blue ridge wears. And I want to fight them all. And by fight I mean I want to stab them in the neck with a soldering iron.

Hit some shoulders today, second workout with mr.Hyde. first one wasn't to good but I had a full stomach and I did cardiovascular before my lift. Today I skipped the cardiovascular and went straight to lift. I didn't have the energy I normally do with c4, and my entire head didn't feel tingly, but I felt much more confidence and got a really good pump compared to what I normally got with c4. One thing is as my workout went on I would get somewhat lightheaded when standing up fast or something similar, but nothing to serious, could be cause my allergys are terrible rn and my head is clogged. Also my heart rate was noticeably higher then normal, or I was working harder, idk I didn't pay much attention to it.

A strap is a strap. I have some harbinger that are padded. They're like $5.

Yep....I have had the same old ones for 10 years....cost me probably $12 at Dicks Sports. Really helps with dead lifts, bent over rows & shrugs.

Don't even know who that is, but no, it hasn't. Lol.

I get Colin Ferrel a lot.
