Well, I wasn't too bad this weekend. Ate pretty good, except for Saturday night when I had fried calamari tacos. I actually ate like 10 times less than I do on a regular day on Fri, Sat, and Sun, so I probably lost 15 lbs of muscle. Also drank a lot, too lol.

    Gonna do upper-a this afternoon.

So good. We ate the rest of it yesterday after we got home. Cooked it the same, but added salt, garlic powder, and lemon slices

Yea, I forgot the garlic powder.

Lemon juice, lemon pepper, butter, garlic powder, salt.

    Orgasm.

I am only 1 lb away from my lowest weigh in over the past 8 years. However, I am not as lean as I was at this weight last year. The feels... Current stats: 6'2" 195lbs

    Guess I'll just keep cutting!

So I'm tired of eating out everyday for lunch so Ive been prepping my lunch to save money and be more healthy. It could just be in my head but I feel better already and felt leaner this morning after my 5 minute piss.

I'm no doctor but you may need some water. I really hate that the morning after a night out drinking I always look leaner in the morning. That water weight the following day though...

Since I started lifting I have absolutely ZERO bladder control, and have to go a lot all of the time. Not sure what it is a product of. I mean I drink quite a bit of water, but c'mon. Maybe I have diabeetus or something. :notsure:
