Shattered my goal to pieces today, I had to take a few laps around the living room to get over 25K but I was so close it wouldn't been stupid not too.

In other news...... I started training tonight to run the spartan in August. Yeah Zack @Kerleyfries you heard me I'm nervous as fuck but I'm doing some serious HIIT and endurance training 2 days a week and home training on the weekend. Gonna go to Stacey grandmas and get the tractor out and bush hog a good chunk of the woods behind her house and make that my home training field and try and re create some of the stuff you can find on YouTube. The ropes are going to kill me because not one damn day in my life have I climbed one.

Too poor to list anything interesting.
Trick with climbing a rope is how you brake yourself using your feet. Pull your legs up, brake, push yourself up using your legs, regrip, and rinse and repeat.

Or you can be a baws and just climb up only using your hands.

I've never had a problem climbing a rope. I've also always been tiny so I didn't have much to pull up...so that's probably helped.

Check out bodybuilding.com. There are tons and tons of nutrition articles. Find out what your macros are and go for a "clean bulk." Get your carbs from complex carbs like potatoes and rice.

Home course is a great plan!

Yall talking about just a straight up rope climb? Is this similar to what we had to do in public school?

Same, but I'm gonna post it still. Calves are my weakest looking muscle (minus abs lol)

As always, I'd just recommend going to whataremymacros.com, figure out your TDEE, add 400-500 calories to that, and build a diet around your favorite foods that hit your macros/calorie levels. What's y'alls height/weight?

    I'm 5'11'' and I hover anywhere from 190-210 and I eat about 3500 calories on a bulk, around 220+ g protein, 300-500 g carbs, and 60-90 g fat.

Here's something like mine would look like:

    1. 6 eggs, fiber bar, banana
    2. ham and cheese sandwich, V8, pretzels
    3. turkey burger, potato, V8
    4. shake: 2 scoops ON, oatmeal, peanut butter, milk, fruit
    5. 6 oz chicken sandwhich, fiber bar, vegetable
    6. 2 scoops ON, greek yogurt

That's just a sample, so the calories and macros are probably a little off, but that's the basic gist of it.

I'm the slap opposite. I've always been a night owl. I don't stay up past 11pm-midnight, but I'm much more active in the afternoons compared to the mornings. Once I get my ass out of bed in the morning around 7am, I'm good to go after about 15 mins, but actually getting my feet on the floor is the biggest challenge......unless it's getting up to fish/hunt/go to Athens for a Georgia game

I am going to wait until after I do about 500 calf raises though...
