Yeah, I want to start ASAP to get my endurance back up.
I took a short run on Sunday to warmup for a workout, .5 miles with an 11:22 pace.
I used to run the half mile with a 9:00 pace but I haven't been working out and I'm also dealing with a cold or allergies.

    I'm a 289lb fatass.
But I do manage to average 14K steps a day with my current job and I'm starting to trade muscles for fat.

Went to the gym this afternoon bc work kept me busy this morning. The trainer up there puts on a "boot camp" at 3:00 and I got there right when they were starting so it was a little hectic. It's a pretty small gym and they use everything. I still got my leg day in without them getting in my way. He knows my alpha level and keeps his minions at bay...

Anyway, I watched them while I was lifting. It was a mix of high school kids and old ladies. 2 of the high school dudes are fairly strong. Every time I've been in there at the same time he always makes them do deadlifts. He's a cool dude, I talk to him most days that he is up there and he gives me some tips but he's your typical gym trainer (doesn't look like he even lifts). He was not doing these guys any favors today. They were doing sets of 3 so the weight was heavy for them. They had 285 on there. Form. Forget about it. It was bad. They looked like they had on turtle shells the back was so rounded. The trainer was even watching from the side and never told them to flatten out. They would roll up and as soon as they got to the top and locked out they would just let the weight snap them back down and it would slam on the floor then they would roll back up again. It was bad.

If you're going to be a trainer, train them right. Don't just let them get heavy weight to feel good about themselves. When they get injured they won't be feeling good about anything.

Amen, my trainer (also my aunt) taught me my first week that form trumps everything else.

Anyone have experience with GAT nitraflex? Guy I work out with uses it but puts a little bit of NoX in it as well as d-pol. He loves it, tried it tonight and liked it alright. Quite a bit better than the mr. Hyde actually.

and on this note I'm going to bed. I just dropped a whole brand f'king new container of scivation xtend in my kitchen sink. Literally just opened the top to get a scoop out for in the morning and the sink was full of water. 32.85 poured right down the drain. Had it not been soapy water I would have scooped that stuff like a crack head. Fml

Ended up ordering some Stim free GAT PMP preworkout. Gotta get away from the caffeine for a while.

Yeah I do. Caffine hurts my stomach and makes me shit. I can take a small amount but that's about it so my pre-workout consists on bcaas and beta. I use Myprotein pure bcaas and Now Sports beta-alanine pure powder. Both tested very high for label content and purity work no additives

I've been watching my sodium intake for like 2 years now and can tell a big difference. A couple years ago, I was bulking trying to break through the 200 lb mark and was eating hamburger helper, tons of ground beef, etc. and my blood pressure was high (150/90). I think I was consuming 6-7k mg sodium per day. I stay between 3.5-4k mg now and feel tons better. I was also reading about sodium/potassium ratios and how like 98% of the world population doesn't consume enough potassium, but that if you consume at least as much potassium as you do sodium, it kind of counteracts the sodium. To try that, I started consuming around 4-5k mg potassium per day and my blood pressure is around 110/70. I'm thinking when I get in a better routine of doing cardio, I can get it lower.

Also, as lifters, like most everything else, we need more than average Joe's, sodium included. Cutting down to the RDA would probably do more harm than good.

    Calories in < calories out

I did IF for a few months a long time ago and liked it, but never saw any results from it. I enjoyed the mental state of thinking my body was eating fat during my fast, but I really don't think the body goes into some special "fat-burning mode" just from fasting a few hrs per day. At the end of the day, I believe it's all about total consumption.....for me anyway

The more people that get hurt = the less people in your way

    Waste of money

Damn that sucks. I bought that shit once and it's expensive, but it tastes so good. Do you train fasted? If not, all you're doing is turning your water into flavored water.

Also @KodiakToyTRD, what's the difference between GAT Nitraflex & PMP? I read the label on each and I see that Nitraflex has 325 mg caffeine, but PMP has a caffeine blend that totals 525 mg.

Also, lol @ their labels: "NO Enhancers", "Pump Accelerators", "Focus & Cognition Modulators", "PMP Energetics", "Vascoactive Arginase-Regulating NO Precursor Complex", "Acute Energy, Focus, Intensity, Neuromodulating, Endurance Complex", and my personal favorite: "Clinallcy Studied Testosterone Enhancing Complex."

Cute names lol (although I'm pretty sure every company does that shit)

I know what ya mean about the sodium. My doctor was surprised that my blood pressure was 190/100 with the shape that I'm in. He put me on the piss pills that help rid the body of sodium. BP is about normal now. He recommended extra potassium also. all those years of "eating big" caught up to me.

Potassium, taurine and magnesium really helps me allot.
If anyone cares to remember, I'm trying to diet down and get lean while staying big. So far down just around 10 pounds and my fat has dropped allot but surprisingly thought id see a bigger result. 10 more to go. Im trying an eca stack and so far its disappointing. I found that with 400mg caffeine and 30 mg synepherine i had better results for the first 10 Pounds. Most of your that have taken HYDE, have taking synepherine as well. ugh i need the good stuff!
